My 2011 Harley Davidson, Heritage, needed its 30k mile service. I called around to various Harley dealerships in the area requesting a quote on the needed service. Each dealership had different estimates ranging from about $ 450.00 to $ 900.00. My son told me about Temecula Motorcycle Service (TMS) and asked me to check them out. He had been there in the past and was treated well. I called TMS and discovered the estimate was approximately $ 420.00 so I scheduled an appointment.
I dealt with Jeff at TMS. He took the time to check out my motorcycle and discuss the service that was going to be preformed. I was treated as if I was a life-​long customer. Jeff promised the service would be done by mid-​afternoon on the next day. Sure enough, about mid-​afternoon Jeff called to advise the service on my motorcycle had been completed.
Overall, it was a great experience dealing with TMS for service. I will definitely use TMS for all my motorcycle maintenance needs.

Best HD service center around. Just purchased my new Ultra Limited and about to get the 1,000 mile service. I’ve had all my bikes serviced here. Ask for Jeff, or Chris. Good people good prices. The Harley Dealership charges $ 120 an hour, I believe TMS is still at $ 80 an hour, and do a better job. It’s a Certified HD service center.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought in a flat tire in the morning and they gave me a honest breakdown of cost. The quote was within my expectations of a simple tire replacement. I asked about different tire types and gave me the info on additional options and stated the best value for the money in tire types. He seem happy about his job and working on bikes. He indicated they were very busy and may have the tire ready by next day — which is ok with me. However, by mid-​day they called and said the tire was ready. I was thrilled and when I picked it up, there was no surprises or additional cost. I paid just what the quote indicated.
He gave me 10% discount as new customer. I would certainly come back for servicing my Harley and much cheaper than $tealership!

We called in for our 5,000 mile service on our Harley’s the week of 4^th of July, very busy time, they still got us in. They were very honest that they were extremely busy and we would get our bikes back directly after the holiday weekend. They delivered! Not only were our bikes well taken care of, but I had questions, lots of them… Chris and Jeff took more than ample time to answer all of my questions. Each one gave special attention to what my needs were as far as customizing my bike with a seat and bars and cables. Approximately an hour later I was more informed than I had anticipated. My husband was so impressed with these guys and how patient and polite they were with me, as many dudes just don’t have the time to «deal» with female riders, not the case here. They certainly won my Mr.‘s business and absolutely mine. Ample parking for drop off and pick up as we had to use our trailer. Prices were fair, knowledge unsurpassed, and hospitality unbeatable. We’ll be back!!!
