Unprofessional front office — they need more experience and knowledge of how to handle patients. They need to learn customer service. — the owner left without letting Her patients know. — Owners fault for not giving her front office Important information — that is one of many unprofessional issues.
It gets worse! They do not care about their customers/​patients.-
~Not letting you know that some of their dentist left.
~Wondering why we sat there half hour after our appointment time —
waiting to be called.
~“pay first then you can get treatment” — Not knowing the bill will be paid in full before the bad attitude. (Bad customers service) —
~ _​_​and the straw that broke the camels back_​_​while on Novocaine C13H20N2O2 — And Nitrous Gas — N2O — Both Drugs… They come in the operating room to have you sign the «etch a sketch» — Now you have a credit card you didn’t ask for. Is this Illegal?

I have been in twice in the last 3 weeks with additional work scheduled for the next 2 months. I found the office staff very friendly, and both dentists that i have seen have been wonderful. I knew i needed to be seen and surprised to find an office so close to my house, that also accepts my dental insurance and has very reasonable hours. I really appreciate the patience and time they give to me while I am in the chair. What pleases me most is that i was given an entire breakdown of my dental plan my first trip. Not only do i know what services to expect, but i was given a total for each procedure and my co-​pay costs on my very first visit. Each step of the way you are given time and attention, each employee is knowledgeable and efficient. I had many questions and all were answered immediately without hesitation. I have major anxiety and a heart condition that had me very scared and unsure of how i would feel, and had me extremely stressed out. I can happily say that i was calmed and reassured, that everyone was understanding of my fears and i actually am looking forward to going back for my future procedures. I am smiling already but i know that once all is complete my smile will be even bigger and brighter!!!

If I could give this office NEGATIVE one stars I so would never will I ever recommend this office, I hate them.

The dentists here are ok, most of them anyway. My orthodontic is actually pretty great. But the office staff is pretty horrible. They are very short with customers and are not ever willing to go out of their way to help. They are disorganized and oblivious.
I’ve been forgotten about whilst using the bathroom. As in they came and called my name but they didn’t tell the dentists/​assistants about me. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes before I asked an assistant to help because the office girl kept telling me that they had not called me in. She was lying, they called me twice…
I’ve been told wrong information or not enough about my financial information. I overpaid for my braces for over 3 months when I should have been done. But if it wasn’t for me looking into it I would have kept on paying. And then I got charged to cancel my automatic payment by my bank because they didn’t tell me I could or should have done it with them. Even though I asked!!!
Lastly when you call them over the phone they tend to rush me off and tell me inadequate information.
I last called about getting a paper signed off and they told me they could quickly print it if I came, when I got there I needed a special form. Fine, the form was given, oh wait a minute, the correct dentist isn’t here. Come back the next day! Seriously. Just do your job and this way people won’t have to be coming back and forth. Again, the dentist staff is good, which is what actually matters but the office people can be very frustrating.
I think office staff is just as important for your overall experience. Hope they change for the better.

The staff was awesome and I was very happy with the hugentist, Nicole. I will return again. Dr. Watanabe is very personable and gentle.

I Havent been to the dentist in so many years I have lost count. The anxiety of this visit was great but the staff and Dr. Julias made me actually look forward to coming back to get my teeth issues all resolved. I am not even afraid of the root canal that is pending end of the month.
Going to schedule my kids in, as they were so gentle and made it so relaxed, that I think my kids will not get that scare we get of the dentist when we are young.

So here’s the scoops… the docs and nurses/​hygienists are absolutely amazing… period. the girl that does the billing, totally un sociable. .ignored what i said and kept spitting her lines without and concern or compassion what so ever. Front staff… not too sociable either. It’s paying customers that allow those pay checks… remember that. Fake it if you have to, but LISTEN AND RESPOND to the patients… yes i will go back cause everyone else is amazing

By far the best dental experience of my life! The Hygienist Nicole… Awesome! Dr. Sylvers is understanding, patient and really cares about her patients. I would recommend to anybody!

Tried to set a first time appointment today and when I told the girl that I was using Denti-​cal she became rude and was disrespectful and pushy. I hung up and called back to get a different person and was instantly rerouted to an evaluation program. I rated them all a 1 out of 5 of course. I had to call back to schedule an appointment and file a complaint and they left me on hold for 30 minutes
BOTTOM LINE–
AVOID THESE HACKS!!!
If they refuse to field a complaint over the phone about one of their rude reps, forget about complaining about shotty dental work. From what I’ve just read, they screw up a lot of peoples teeth.

I have been going here since they opened. Nicole is an awesome hygienist and with state of the art equipment, going to the dentist has never been less stressful. I actually look forward to going now.

I switched to this office after dissatisfaction with my provider in Murrieta. I felt good the minute i walked in the office. The front office was efficient, professional and friendly. I was called to by the back office by the Dentist, Dr. N. He took me into a private office and asked about my history., and expectations. I was then explained each process I would be going through. Starting with X-​rays, Hygienist evaluation, dental exam, with treatment options. I then met with the billing coordinator. Each and every person I met during my visit were professional, friendly, and empathetic! My treatment was completed, and all necessary follow-​up appointments were made. Best dental experience ever! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice!

My Grandma had a dental emergency, they were able to get her right in. They were very quick, friendly, polite and helpful. They had to refer her to an oral surgeon, so no work was done there other than an exam and xrays, but our experience with them was great.

I have been a patient here for 3 years now. I bring all 6 of my children here. There have been a few changes of dentists in the office but we now see Dr. Julian who is wonderful. Always friendly, easy to get appointments with our busy schedules, up front with co-​pays, and quality dental work.
My son had part of a silver filling fall out. Wasn’t originally done in this office, but Dr. Julian fixed the filling (with white!) for no charge. This is just one example of the service they provide.
I didn’t give 5 stars because the wait time can sometimes be very long even with a scheduled appointment, and a few of the hygienists are less than perfect, but adequate, nonetheless.

Been going here for 2 years and it was decent in the beginning. Even had a dentist there that was pretty good and I didn’t feel like he was ripping me off or trying to sell me something.
That all changed today.
That dentist has moved from the office (can’t help but wonder why) and we saw a woman dentist (Dr. Julian, I think was her name) and she was telling me that my 6-​year-​old needed an orthodontic consultation. I told her that I have already talked to our orthodontist and we are on top of things. But of course she tried to push me to have him seen by theirs. Again, I told her no thank you, I got this.
So we had gone in because my son has been having discomfort in his gums where he had had a crown placed in November. It appears to be inflamed and to kill any infection, she said she’d prescribe an antibiotic. I agreed and told her any antibiotic is fine as long as it does not contain penicillin as he is allergic to penicillin.
She asks if he’s ever taken amoxicillin. I say, «Doesn’t that contain penicillin?» she says, «No, it’s amoxicillin.» but she’s going to call the pharmacy and see what they say. She sends me to the front and they check us out and hand me the prescription and next appointment card and I head over to the pharmacy.
I notice as I’m handing the prescription to the pharmacist that it is for amoxicillin. So I ask her, «Doesn’t this have penicillin in it?» to which she replies, «it IS penicillin.» fabulous.
So the dentist completely ignored me and prescribed my child a medicine that could have potentially killed him. Yeah, definitely not going back there and allowing this Internet crash-​course dental program dentist lay her hands on my child EVER!!!

New Patient Special! $ 39.00 for cleaning and X-​rays!!!
I think most people fear dentists cuz of the sound of the drill. But for me, the thing i fear most is hearing from the dr that i can’t eat sweets anymore! Luckily, i wasn’t told these horrible words.
I guess all those years of eating pixie sticks and cakes got the best of me and an old filling fell out about a month ago and i was told i needed the dreaded words «Root Canal». After already spending $ 1400 on my rootcanal at my local endodontist, i was kind of shocked to hear AFTER my RC that i would have to pay ANOTHER $ 950 for a crown. I would have liked to have known from the beginning my total cost i would have to break into my bakery funds and more!!!
I remembered my friend telling me that there was a place running a new patient special. It was far in Temecula, but after getting a quote i was sold! I could get my crown IN HOUSE and also some extra work done all in one day and maybe convince dude to get his own cleaning done.
From the start everything was super easy. I got an early 7am appt on a friday so i can still have time to go to work after. I got to fill out paper work online ahead of time and confirm online as well. When i got there, i just had to sign a couple of things and i was called in soon for my x-​rays. Dental assistant Penny was super nice and made me feel totally relaxed as she also made an effort to talk to me while doing all the tests.
They are so high tech here! You can tell that they are totally up to date on equipment and you are getting quality care. They even take photos of your teeth on top of x-​rays, so when they explain what’s going on with your teeth, you’re not just looking at x-​rays, but can clearly visualize everything. I saw stains i didn’t know where there.
I saw Dr Slade who is a total hoot but also very professional! He made me feel very relaxed as he made me laugh but also feel comfortable in that he told me exactly what was going on with my teeth, all my options and answered all my questions. The girls also explained all the prices and options before having to make a final decision. Everything came out very reasonably priced.
The main reason i chose this place was that they can make most crowns in office. So i was able to get everything done in one visit.
I got my permanent crown made, my teeth cleaned, and an old silver filling replaced with a white filling and i was back to LA before lunch!
AND i didn’t even have to take any pain meds after. (wait. is that an upside?)
Everyone was super nice– from check in to exit. Dental hygenist Diana was very thorough and gentle. Dude also got his teeth cleaned and was very pleased with her and the staff! The office is very clean and high tech without all the gimmicks. No expresso machines, fancy fountains or people massaging you or feeding you grapes– just great quality dental care!!!

So, I’m uninsured, live across the street, haven’t had a cleaning in a couple years (not as bad as it sounds), and I see this banner for $ 39 cleaning/​xrays for new customers (also note the Unilocal special) I can afford that!
I think I was the first appointment for the morning, so my wait was minor (I was early) and the waiting room was empty. Things to watch and read so I hardly noticed… btw, my «paperwork» was already filled out online. How cool is that!
I was REALLY surprised at how clean, modern, and efficient they were. Digital X-rays…really???
I saw Dr. Chon and Araceli. Great work, comfortable atmosphere, and easy to talk with. They pointed out possible issues, but otherwise the visit was PAINLESS, uneventful and a little boring… but thorough. I think I was in and out inside of 45 minutes.
Only 4 stars for just being a great cleaning. I’ll let someone who has a «spectacular» root canal give them 5 stars.
Definitely going back.

Anytime you visit a business, the real test of «quality» is the question «would I come back».
Well, our family has been going to Temecula Dental for well over 5 years now, which should tell you something about this business! Linda is our dentist and she’s absolutely wonderful!
The new office is clean, neat and friendly and the entire staff is made up of positive attitudes. Imagine — they actually want you to be happy! What a concept.
In any event, if you’re new to the area, or just looking for good old fashioned quality and service, this is the place to go.

I went to this dentist for two years, hoping against HOPE that it would get better, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. IT DID NOT. I had so many issues, let’s list them out, shall we?
1) Figured out they overcharged me by $ 300.00 for my crown, based on the max. allowable by my dental plan. If I hadn’t been on the ball and READING my dental plan, I never would have caught it. Took over 12 phone calls and three months to finally get them to credit me. I finally had to get nasty with the manager, and she seemed perplexed as to WHY I was angry.
2) The aforementioned crown was CROOKED and caused terrible pain. The girl who did the test fitting KNEW it, too. They couldn’t even keep it in while x-​raying it. They did a repair on the tooth next to it at the same time, and the hygienist let it slip that they shouldn’t have done the mold for the crown until AFTER they did the repair beside it.
3) Instead of the dentist admitting the mistake at first, she had me see their «oral surgeon» who comes in once a week to be sure I didn’t need a root canal (not that the pain could be from the CROOKED CROWN!) I was told that he would do «extensive testing» that SHE couldn’t do to be sure I didn’t need the root canal. I gave this guy $ 60.00 to have him blow on it with some air, ask me if it was cold sensitive and say, «you don’t need a root canal.» I’m serious. He spent less than ONE MINUTE with me, and his «specialized test» was blowing air on my tooth. I was NONE too happy, and I told the receptionist that it was a waste of $ 60. Seemed like they just wanted more money from me. She said they didn’t OPERATE like that. Really?
4) The dentist did agree to redo the crown for free. It fit MUCH better the second time, but I still have a lot of pain under it because they didn’t take the tooth down enough. The crown bangs against it if I chew certain things. A year later, I’m still just living with it.
5) A year ago, I had a cavity behind one of my front teeth. They did a filling, no big deal. Well, last week, the filling fell out, and I now have a big hole behind my tooth. I have fillings I got 30 years ago that are still in, while this one didn’t make it a year.
I have since moved from Temecula to Orange County, so I will now have to find a dentist here and pay AGAIN to have that cavity refilled since it isn’t worth it to drive back to Temecula to force them to fix ANOTHER mistake (noting that filling will probably fall out, too, so why bother?)
I’m telling you — you may think you’re getting a good deal or quality dental at first, but when your fillings fall out, they screw you over on a charge or don’t do things right the first time (which you may not catch at first), you won’t think it’s such a great deal. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND GO ELSEWHERE!

This office was incredible!!! I had a terrible toothache and found out I needed a root canal. The staff that helped with the procedure (Tracy and Renee) and Dr. Chon were superb!!! They were quick, courteous and most important of all… painless!!! All of the office staff were helpful and polite, I never felt pressured or looked down upon! I will recommend this office to everyone!!!
