I appreciate the effort to protect your nails when removing gel, and I love that there’s no TV blaring, but unfortunately my gel started to chip soon after I got them done on two occasions. It’s frustrating to spend the time and money and end up with junkie looking nails shortly after.

San did a great job on my nails today! He took his time and listened to what I wanted. I will be back!

Came here last minute and I’m so glad I did! The owner, Sam did my nails. His love for his job shines through his work. Very thorough and their services are at a great price. I recommend Sam all the way.

I fell in love with this place the first time I went! The place is beautiful with gorgeous black chandeliers.
Sam gave me the BEST gel manicure! He is extremely friendly, GENTLE and takes his time with your nails. Trust them with your hands, and no one else.

With a four and a half star rating, I was surprised a set of acrylics was only $ 27. I expected to have quality work but should have known after hearing the price. After all, you get what you pay for. I came in Thursday to have my nails done for a wedding the following day. Nails showed tiny bubbles throughout, and by the end of the day the tip of one snapped off. Luckily super glue kept it together so it didn’t ruin our wedding pictures. Now only two days later, some of the nails are becoming cloudy and starting to peel. I loved the environment, location, staff and price of this salon but the quality wasn’t up to par. I wouldn’t mind paying an extra $ 10 for better quality.

I called before and asked if they had availability right then for 2 people that wanted gel manicure and a regular pedicure… they said yes and to come in. (We were on a time frame). We went in and they had one tech trying to work on both of us. They left me with acetone on my fingers so long it started to hurt (to remove old gel)…then I showed them exactky what I wanted for a gel manicure and they said they could do it… then they did not even do what I asked so I just said ok to be done. We were there for over 2 hours. When I went to pay I told them that I was alittle annoyed and that I felt like if they couldnt do something that they should have told me… the male owner argued with me and was loud. It was a tad embarrassing. Needless to say, I will not go back there. The salon was clean… that is the only reason for the 2 stars. If it wasnt clean, they’d probably get one star. :-(I just wish there was a descent nail salon in the area that didnt charge an arm and leg

Friendly staff, quick service (only took an hour total as a walk in for a pedicure and gel nails), good selection of gel colors, clean salon. Reasonable prices. Overall good stuff!

This place was all around great… Sure some salons have better amenities (tea, massage chairs, etc.) but you can tell that they truly care about the quality of their work. Sam helped me and he really made sure my nails were perfect! I showed him a picture of the shape I wished to have and he gave me just that. I will definitely be returning. Also, I made an appointment at 3:30p and showed up a few minutes before while he was still finishing another client and was taken exactly at 3:30p. Experience was great. Try this salon!

Great price for a gel manicure! I got one and it was very quick and efficient. They allowed me to get different colors in different nails without charging extra. The only down fall was that the lady clipped my cuticle too short and it started bleeding and the drying light was faulty.

I would love to give this place five stars for their costumer service alone! Sam is extremely nice and takes his time. They have a great selection of gel colors. The only con is that my gel mani had streaks in it, which I didn’t notice until it dried. Possibly another coat would’ve prevented this. Again, great colors and very friendly people!

I had Vikki do my pedicure and it was amazing. She took her time and did exceptional work. I also like the fact that they use hot stones and warm lotion when you get the massage, makes all the difference in the world. I then had Sam do a full set with polka dots and they turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. Its very peaceful and relaxing.

I made an appointment on my mom’s birthday for my sisters and I to get our nails done and they didn’t even have enough people to see us all. After waiting for 10 minutes, one of my sisters and my niece couldn’t get their nails done because we ran out of time since there weren’t enough workers to do us all at the same time like I told them over the phone we wanted to do. I sat in cold water and then received the worst massage of my life and I go every other week.
Very disappointing.
Picked this place on their Unilocal reviews alone. Will not be going back.

Ok, here’s my update… I will definitely come back to this shop. Are the nails perfect, no, however the customer service can not be beat. When I came back to the shop to get the previous problems corrected, I was greeted with a smile. Sam, the owner, had absolutely no problems fixing them (for free) and took everything I said into consideration. Instead of taking my complaints as a «diss» to his work, he took it as a learning experience. It is rare to find people, period, that take criticism in such a way. There was absolutely no ego on his part and that is truly a quality that i find most endearing.
So, as stated earlier, I will be coming back here to get my nails done because I know that if it’s not done just right, I won’t feel persecuted for asking for them to be done to my liking.

So the basic pedi here is $ 20 and it includes
–Scrub with soap and they always use a new file. Opens in front of me. Sadly it’s just a basic wash. I prefer when it includes a nice scrub, not just the generic soap they used. It makes all the difference! Still they’re good enough that it’s not worth losing a star. :)
–Hot towel and lotion massage
–Sterile and New packaged utensils
–Nice relaxing music
–Good foot and calf massage
