Sunland Shutters

quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. they installed my shutters due to a difficult window. they installed the side windows and did not measure them correctly. they where falling off the wall within 3 weeks and cracked my wall and you could see daylight through the sides. We waited 4 months for them to replace them then after 4 months they blamed the sales people even though they came to the house and measured them again themselves. after dealing with the customer service person in the office who was probably the the worst customer service person i have ever had the displeasure to talk to. i found the CEO name and e mailed him who asked how i got his name and basically said not to contact him again. maybe this is why he hired the person in the office he had the same terrible attitude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! they will not stand behind there products and treat there customer’s terribly !!!

Company did a job for my neighbor, measured wrong, shutters cracked the walls and are falling off. My neighbor called the company and they pushed him off to the manufactor. Bad customer system doesn’t back their work and are very rude.
