Subway

I visit this Subway quite often, and I’m embarrassed that I haven’t left a review sooner. I have always found the staff friendly, but as I’ve been going earlier in the day I’ve been even more impressed.
The store manager, Lupe, is amazing. She knows a great many of her customers quite well, and already knows what most of the regulars want. I have seen that there are a lot of regular customers that visit often. I hope they wait as long as I have to share why they keep coming back.

Ordered tuna sandwich, wrapped terribly. Tomato and cucumber fall out to bag. No napkin was given inside the bag… once you open to see the sandwich more stuff fall out, looks messy. I’ve been to so many subway stores, this is the worse one I ever had.

We stopped in on 3÷19÷15 at approximately 6:00 pm for a quick sandwich without reading the reviews. There were no other customers present. After reading the negative comments, I felt compelled to share our experience. We were greeted by an older Asian female who was friendly and asked want we wanted. She took my wife’s salad order and asked her if she wanted more or less as she dropped each ingredient into a bowl for chopping. She smiled and was friendly to my wife as she prepared her selection.
After completing my wife’s salad, she took my sandwich order and completed it with the same courtesy and care she exhibited to my wife. She did her job and was both friendly and courteous in the process. If I was a betting man, I’d bet this was the same woman receiving bad reviews but who knows? If she is, perhaps she or the owner read the Unilocal reviews and are making positive changes. Wow, what if she IS the owner? At any rate, we had a great experience. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as we wanted! Heck, our preparer was even nice in the process. All in all, a pretty good quick sandwich outing!

This place is horrible… Way to much lettuce, they stack it all on one spot and doesn’t spread the veggies… The lady is quiet and rude… The only reason I continue to go here is because the only other subway is to far away from my house…

The food is good, most of the staff is nice, however there is one woman, and Asian-​American woman in her 50’s, who is exceptionally rude. She never smiles, she gives you dead eye stares when you talk to her, and she tries to argue with how you prefer your sandwich made. Today, when it was my turn to order, she didn’t say hello, she just glared at me and asked «what bread?», then when I tried to answer, she ignored me and began talking to someone else. As she started making my sandwich, I had a special request for it. She left right in the middle of making it, and didn’t bother telling the other employee (who was very polite and friendly) anything about it. Then proceeded to argue with how long I wanted my food in the toaster.
I don’t know anything about this woman, maybe she has a hard life, but her job is not hard. Her problems are not my problems, and she works in a customer service industry, and needs to reflect this. If the owners read this, she needs to be reprimanded, or if she already has been, she needs to be fired, because her attitude is completely uncalled for. The only reason I don’t go somewhere else is because it is closest.

Customer service stinks here. My wife and I stopped by because we were waiting for a store to open and we had some time to spare. The two girls working were not friendly at all and the one who checked us out was angry at life or something. The vegetables were old. My wife wanted to go to our friendly nieghborhood subway but I told her that I knew of this one in the area so that was my mistake. We told them bye as we walked out and they just looked at us.

I want to give minus. The lady working behind the counter is just so rude. I even tried to be polite continuously, while she was responding to me in a very short and rude manner. I would never come back here, nor would I ever recommend this subway. It’s so simple to make sandwiches, the person working there should not act like it is the hardest thing in the world to do.

I want to give 4 stars, but this Subway is either always slow in service or just has slow customers… I’m just trying to get in and out with my sandwich, yo!
Smart card deal is always the way to go here… BOGO 6″ sub with a medium drink for $ 6 and some change… can’t really beat that!

Usually I stop in this subway because it’s the closes to my house. Affordable, somewhat clean, and friendly.
