Shred and Go offers walk in services as well as pick up service. All confidential paper is shredded at our Temecula location and is baled and recycled. Just saw an employee here reading someone’s shred papers while I was coming out of the business next door! He stopped when he saw me looking at him. But that IS NOT ok! I will never bring my stuff here! Those papers are confidential!

These young men at Shred and Go are so kind and polite. Yesterday I took two heavy boxes of client docs to be shredded there and they came out to help me bring in the boxes. I don’t ever need to ask — they just show up in the parking lot. The pouring rain and monster puddles did not stop them from providing excellent service as always. Thank you, guys!

OMGoodness! Why haven’t I looked for this service earlier? I shred everything, in fact I just spent two weeks shredding almost 60 bags of old records, statements, bills, etc. Someone recommended these guys to me and I am so very thankful they did. I brought another eight boxes of paperwork into them (yes, I am getting help for my problem, hahaha) and it was worth every penny! Very affordable and great customer service. My father in law needed some paperwork shredded so we stopped in to see what type of services they offer here. The guy working quoted us a reasonable price to shred a huge stack of documents, and then shred it right in front of us. In and out the door in 5 minutes! Can’t beat that! Would definitely come here in the future to have things shredded rather than messing with a home shredder!

First visit last week will DEFINITELY not be the last! The folks there are 100% professional and yet as friendly as could be. I asked a lot of questions and got a complete and proper responses. They FOUGHT to help me unload my vehicle! The banker boxes they collect much of the stuff to be shredded are given away; many are close to brand new. Their hours are convenient and everything about the experience was perfect. It feels good to support a locally-​owned business and their prices were the lowest I found anywhere. Thanks, Steve!
