Serrano’s Fresco Grill

I’ve been here a couple times now and while I’ve had better, this place is good if I need a quick burrito fix or if I honestly just don’t wanna wait in the Subway line…
I’ve ordered the Serrano combo burrito which is okay… I don’t really see the what other people are talking about with the fatty pieces, but when I’m hungry, I don’t really care!
It’s in one of the worst parking lots in Temecula, so try and come 10 — 15 minutes before noon to beat the rush!

I always come here after my doctors appointments and I always order the carnitas torta. But I had been craving a California burrito for a while and I decided to try it here. It was good. But not exactly what I had been craving. It didn’t have enough cheese. And was really empty. The one thing I can say and always say about this place is that the food is always fresh. And that’s what I love about coming here. Also. I decided to try the flan. m, and it was not good at all! Super watery. Basically drinking it raw. I do not recommend the flan. The burrito and tortas I do tho.

I ordered the serrano burrito. It was greasy, chopped to death Carne asada that I paid extra for what? Everyone gives this place high rating and I don’t see why? Vero’s down the street on Jefferson taste way better. I will never go here again.

This place has the best server and food! My tagline anytime I go somewhere is, «I don’t know what I want.» So Victor, said «tell me what you like.» So I told him «no meat or cheese.» (I know, I’m weird) anyways, he requested a bomb a$$ veggie bean burrito. They gave it to me open so I could add any extra toppings from the salsa bar and even rolled it back up for me. So nice! Needless to say I ate it all before I could take a picture.
I’ll definitely be checking back in here soon!

I love eating here for lunch during the week. The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. It’s in a little bit of an awkward shopping center, but once you figure out how to get to it, it’s worth the drive from anywhere in Temecula. I usually order the California Burrito, or the Steak Quesadilla, with a bottle of Coke! So delicious!

I used to go here frequently back in 2007 and I loved it! I just moved back to Temecula and the food is just as good as I remember and the people working there are very kind and friendly! I will definitely be coming back again!

I was out in Temecula for work and I stopped at this restaurant just out of the 15 freeway. I loved their food. I tried their taco plates with rice and beans and they were just delicious. Their service is great as well. Definitely a place to check out if you’re ever nearby.

Great food love the wet burrito it is the best and also has the most flavor and for the best price love it

The restaurant was clean and the staff was really nice. Also, the salsa bar was well put together. Unfortunately, we found the food to be bland. Perhaps they’re depending too heavily on patrons to use the salsa bar to flavor the food? I’m not sure. They’ve been around for 11 years, so they’re clearly doing well. I wish them the best. We just like more flavorful food. We won’t be back.

The owners and staff are as personal and awesome as the food, I’ve been eating here for some time and always love what ever meal I get!

The machacha, chorizo and al pastor burritos, and sopapillas were fantastic. Conveniently located by Starbucks and my husband’s job (while we lived here), we ate here often. My husband even used them often to cater work functions and business meetings.
This is a family run business and the owners were always incredibly sweet, accomodating, and loved the Lord which made everything which was already terrific, even better!
Will definitely be paying them a visit whenever we visit! Hard to come across good folks and businesses like that these days!

Enjoyed my lunch this afternoon. I used to come here as a kid, possibly a different name, and possibly a different owner but it’s been a Mexican restaurant since I can remember. I had the flutes today, flour tortilla was nice and flaky. Add rice and beans for 68 cents and a drink and you walk out at 9.00 and some change. I’ll be back

This place has a nice dine-​in area and some seating outside when evenings are warm. I like their salsa and condiment bar and the option to custom add to your burrito before they wrap it up. The prices are reasonable and I appreciate the daily specials. I have been eating here for years.

Riquísimo, probé una quesadilla de carne al pastor, delicioso… Tienen salsas al gusto, por si no te gusta lo picante, todo fresco…

Its not authentic Mexican Food and it just doesn’t have a good taste. I had the taquitos and I’ve definitely have had better. It was my first and definitely my last.

I love eating here. I have tried many items from nachos to the steak salad and I love all of them. The nachos are heaping and delicious. The steak is tender and amazing. I have never had a problem and it has been consistent every time. The salad is delicious as well. Very generous portions. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends when they tell me that they are coming to Temecula. I am heading that way tomorrow and am looking forward to my next delicious meal. Come try it out you wont be sorry.

I love eating at Serrano’s — the food is amazing. I highly recommend the carne asada tacos or any of the burritos. I find myself eating there around once a week if not more, and not only is the food great, but the service is always great, they make the food quickly, and they have a great selection at the salsa bar. I recommend the green sauce.
I highly recommend you give Serrano’s a try — the food is excellent, the price is great, the service is great, and the owners are really friendly.

Tacos de lengua. Must try. This place is clean and the people are great! They make everything from scratch and the rice, OMG. I work nearby and finally found an authentic place to eat good. Highly recommended.

it is always clean here, that makes me confident to order. I ordered bean, cheese and sour cream burrito. the total came to $ 6.86 or something. i thought, wow, this is going to be bomb .com, so fresh and authentic. I also added steak cuz I need that extra protein, super starving. the lady surprised me, this special comes with a drink and chips. Satisfaction. Sorry no food pics, I scarfed it down pretty quickly.

I love tacos, they must be a real taco though because I’m sadly, overly picky. They can’t be crunchy shells, they can’t have cheese, they don’t need tomatoes… a good taco needs only cilantro… and if you like them, onions but I dont, so none for me. Their chicken asado tj tacos come totally naked and not greasy, they are great. Then you look to your left and you are accompanied with a salsa bar equipped with cilantro, lime, onions, lemons and this jalapeño salsa that is excellent, like I’m addicted excellent. Their red mild salsa sauce stuff looks just like El Pollo Loco red frothy salsa… but it’s rather tasty.
My only gripe is that on taco Tuesday… the meat cuts suck, chicken if fatty, and isn’t as good :(don’t go on Tuesday for tacos…
The customer service is pretty darn spot on great and the food is consistently good… oh and they actually take a moment of their precious unreturnable moment of time of their life to remove the poop chute from their tasty little shrimps :)
