This company is great. They came out quickly, put in a new furnace with no problems. Fast and friendly service!

I called PROFLO originally for a quote on a evaporative cool, and the technician had to inform me that I had a broken water pipe under my house which was flooded. Brian and his team immediately went into action and saved me a LOT of grief and at very reasonable prices. I got new plumbing, new piers, and a new swamp cooler all within a brief time frame (considering all the damage done). Everyone he sent to my house to work was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience, and highly recommended.

I’ m an older lady on a fixed income and when my Air Conditioner quit last summer I was prepared for the worst. I called Pro Flo Air Conditioning. They came out the same day and told me that my Blower Motor needed to be replaced. They did the work the next day and my Air Conditioner works just fine. I’m glad I called an honest Company who didn’t try to sell me a new Air Conditioner.

I live in ND and ProFlo came up from CA to «help» after a record breaking flood. There were many stories of people being taken by greedy contractors. I thought there was no way this was going to happen to me. Long story short Bryan Todd, who said he was the owner of the company sold me on putting a water heater in my house. I was charged for the water heater (which I heard cost roughly $ 400 for contractors) $ 1600 and they only put it in place. No hook up. This was a year and a half ago (as of Aug ’13). They have skipped town back to CA. I have reached Bryan since and he says he will square up with me and make things right but I have yet to see any money or compensation in any way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If their work was good enough they wouldn’t have needed to travel across the US for more jobs.

I talked to Bryan on the phone and he said he saw my post on this site. He asked me to reconsider keeping this post on the internet. We agreed that if he actually was a man of his word and finally repaid me for the water heater that still sits worthless in my basement I would retract my statement. I still stand by that agreement but it seems Bryan does not care. I spoke to him in November and he said I should expect to see a check very soon. NO CHECK… Weird. He always says he wants to make his customers happy any way he can. Well, to say I have been dissatisfied is not quite enough. I have been lied to, betrayed and then lied to again and again and again.
If you use this company they may seem nice and if you’re lucky they will finish a job appropriately. However, If you EVER experience further problems I wish you luck. It has been 2.5 years since they swindled me out of approximately $ 1,000 and still nothing has been done. I REMAIN EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

My heater wouldn’t run so I looked on Unilocal to find someone local to come out and take a look. I called Pro Flo and Bryan Todd, the owner, came out within a couple of hours. Because my A/​C had flooded the unit earlier in the summer he said it would be better to replace it rather than repair it. I agreed and his son and another guy came out the next day to do the work. I don’t really have any complaints with the work that was done. My problem is with other things. My unit is in the garage so I asked them to keep the door to the house closed so my dog wouldn’t get out. He got out 3 times. After that I locked him in a bedroom. I guess I should have done that after the first time.
After they left both my garage door and my house alarm system didn’t work. I called them right away and was told that they had pulled the cord on the garage door because it kept opening — the button to open the door is right near the furnace unit. They had unplugged the alarm and did not plug it back in when they were done. These were 2 easy fixes but I was a little annoyed that they didn’t take care of it before they left.
My only other complaint was that they left debris all over my garage floor. I saw that they had a broom — I just wish they’d used it.

My 89 year old Mom’s heating system went out on January 02, 2013 .I checked on Unilocal to find a company. Bryant was the serviceman who responded to the call. He repaired the heater and gave my Mom a $ 25.00 discount for a special senior price. My Mom said the heater seems to perform better now then when installed… Plus she has one year warranty on completed work.
