My favorite lil btq! They have the cutest styles and love the new location. And so excited you carry workout clothes now too!

This is one of the only boutiques that I will shop at in this town. It is amazing. They have tons of cute clothes, jewelry and purses. I love their selection of clothes for casual as well as work attire. I always seem to find the perfect outfit when I go in. The employees are so sweet and helpful when it comes to styling an outfit or picking an outfit for an event. I would highly recommend it and use their knowledge! They have great fashion ideas!

I loooove this place! 90% of my closet is full of sexy, fun and classic clothes from this store. The owners are not only amazingly helpful and nice but have impeccable taste in buying.

Since my previous feedback was erased from their Instagram, I will post it on a unbiased site like Unilocal.Seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen displayed!!! I drove a long way to come see what this boutique had to offer with one of my best friends and not only were we not greeted once we walked inside the store, but the only two workers that were present looked as if we disturbed their conversation when we spoke to them and we finally had to say hello after being in the store for several minutes and not being acknowledged. Now, I am a business owner myself and work with a well known make up company that has strong values when it comes to having customer service, and this right here was such a sad excuse for what customer service should be when it comes to running your own business. I feel like the least you can do is greet paying customers when they come to your establishment to spend their hard earned money.
We then asked if they had dresses on display? Not sure if she is the manger or owner, but instead of showing us where they were, she proceeded to point outside and said «that’s all we have.» In a dismissive manner, my friend and I were kind of in disbelief so instead of giving these two women anymore of our time and who obviously did not need our money we decided to leave. Even if they had what we were looking for I would not have purchased it after that. Now, just in case someone thinks that I am here to complain that is not true, it was early in the morning and my friend and I were the only two customers in the store. I just want to let them know perception is everything. Also to let them know that business is no longer word-​of-​mouth but now world of mouth. With Internet sources such as Unilocal, Facebook, Instagram etc. people will tell one person about a good experience and tell nine more about a terrible experience. I will be sure to spread the word about my experience with Ms. Chievious Boutique!!!

We were in town for a wedding and drove through Old Town on our way to the hotel. I love boutiques and kept in mind to visit Ms. Chievious on our way out. I didn’t know though, that I’d find myself back at their store only hours later. As we were unpacking for the wedding the next day, I saw that the dress I brought still had the sensor on it! After a short panic attack, I remembered this store and made the drive back to Old Town. Parking was very easy at 3pm, I got a spot right out front. I walked in, not knowing what to expect. Ended up loving it all! The clothes are cute and you wouldn’t find them anywhere else. A bit pricey, but within the boutique price range. The customer service is great. I loved the small town feel I got from the Old Town location. I will have to stop by this shop every time I make my way to southern California.
