Excellent. Been seeing him since 2008.
read some complaints here and I had to Laugh.
#1 Carol P. He’s a Psychiatrists not a Psychologist so maybe go to a Psychologist to «resolve issues»
#2 Lor T. Really? received less than $ 600.00. And not from A «big Pharma» company. For a Lecture!!!

I started seeing Dr. Moon a month ago and I am very pleased with his «bedside manner», his knowledge and intelligence. He is articulate and easy to talk with, and he listens. That is rare from a psychiatrist. He asks questions and does trouble-​shooting to come up with a resolution.
He and his all his staff are very kind, helpful and respectful.
Easy access from the freeway and easy, close parking.
I can’t ask for more than that. Can you?
Highly recommended, obviously.

I’ve heard a lot about Dr. Moon, having 4 family members who have been going there for years. All I have to say is that he is the type of Doc you go to when you just need to get some meds prescribed and out the door. Does he really try to fix the issue? Does he actually try and resolve your problems? From what I’ve seen, not so much. I can’t say he is a bad Psychiatrist, but what I can say is if it’s not for you, then it’s not for you and keep searching.

Dr. Moon really cares about his patience well being. He takes his time and works with you to find the right medication, that will be most benificial. He is very smart and trustworthy. All of his employees are also kind and caring. They really care about there jobs. The receptionist kerry, goes out of her way to remind patience of appointments and helps them get all the information they need. Dr. Moon is a very respectable and trustworthy dr.

Wonderful doctor who is very kindhearted and smart. He is a healer and a wonderful listener. So many doctors are so impersonal, and with dr. Moon you get the one to one quality care you need from a psychiatrist. Everything in the office is super clean and the staff in incredibly friendly. I wish I could give this place way more stars! If he has openings, I highly recommend seeing him!

I would not recommend Dr Moon no matter how desperate you are. Although he’s a nice guy, he is completely unethical as a Dr. He will write prescriptions, up to 3 months in advance a post date them!!! That’s illegal, in case you didn’t know. He also kept my daughter on Ambien for months on end with constant refills. Ambien isn’t something that should be handed out that way… there was a reason she was seeing a psychiatrist for God sake!!! Drive elsewhere, to find someone worthy, Dr Moon is not you man

Obviously you’re in dire straits if you’re looking for a psychiatrist. After an exhaustive search I settled on Dr. Moon who came highly recommended. I called to make an appointment and they said there were no new patient appointments until September 2014. That’s 6 months away! If I needed help in 6 months I probably wouldn’t be trying to see a psychiatrist now. A 6 month waiting period is completely unacceptable! They gave no recommendation for another psychiatrist either. If I could give a ZERO I would!
