Monika is a local, Temecula food artisan who specializes in the craft of the French Macaron. She has always been inspired by her French grandmother’s cooking and Parisian inspired baking goods. Monika’s French heritage further galvanized her desire to introduce the petite, Parisian delicacy to the Temecula region. She was also delighted to discover that macrons are made with gluten free ingredients for the many individuals who have this type of dietary concern. Monika proudly started Le Bris Confections in March of 2012 which immediately launched her into the local food artisan movement. Le Bris Confections avidly embraces French macarons as a form of creative expression by emphasizing on visual appeal and delightful flavor pairings made with the highest quality ingredients.
