Buying a home in itself is already a very stressful process. Add life and unexpected information that you need to produce in order to purchase your dream home and you have a recipe for a meltdown.

In life, there are important decisions you eventually have to make. Careers, starting a family, or buying a home just to name a few. All very important decisions, some requiring a good team behind you with the support and guidance you need. For us, that was purchasing a new home. My husband and I recently decided we wanted to move and buy a new house. Our realtor referred us to Lee and Chris so naturally we trusted our realtors suggestion. I gotta say, from the very beginning talking to Lee and his optimistic, cheerful demeanor I had a great feeling. As a person in search of a home, you want the process to go smoothly. Find your dream home, get your loan and move in. The process isn’t always that easy. For us, the process was pretty effortless. We found our home, and the loan process began! Lee was always in communication with what he needed or what was going on clarifying step by step where our loan was at. If we had any hurtles to jump, his words were always «don’t worry, we WILL get you into your dream home.» Lee and Chris worked very hard and diligently to handle the needs of our loan. In fact Lee even called to have my student loans deferred for me, making that conversation with my student loan company extremely easy. They always seemed to be one step ahead of what was going on AND had back up plan A, B, and C in the event that our current approach didn’t work. Those things made me feel hopeful that we weren’t going to have any issues qualifying for what we needed. And as you can assume, we didn’t! Lee and Chris were professional, FUN to work with, understanding of my frustrations and fears and always reassuring which in my book, is so very important! I think he set a record on closing our home. We had 3 weeks to be out and moved. Amazingly he and his staff accomplished this. They worked extremely hard and jumped numerous hurdles to make it happen. Most of the whole transaction was done online with my iPhone. I only met Lee in person a couple days before I got keys. He is good at what he does and is very responsive and available. He answered all my texts, calls and emails right away. We went with him because he was a FHA «direct» lender. If you don’t know what that is, you should or your going to get screwed by your broker in closing costs. He covered all of mine with lender credits. Saved me thousands! Thanks Lee.
