The Leading Edge Learning Center provides the best community-​based academic learning environment in the Temecula Valley. Our intent is to provide the highest quality educational experience that delivers academic solutions for families that have a specific need. We not only offer programs for youth we are now offering programs for adults. We believe in Enriching lives and the community.

History

Established in 2004.

Leading Edge Learning Center is a certified Supplemental Education Service Provider that was established in June 2004, with opening of the flagship center in Moreno Valley. Leading Edge Learning Center was established to provide a chance for achievement to children who are struggling academically and tools for success for children looking to gain an academic advantage.

Services provided by Leading Edge Learning Center include tutoring, student mentoring programs, Saturday homework help, and a variety of enrichment programs. These services are available for all children from grades K-​12 and are taught in individualized one to one sessions or small groups. Leading Edge Learning Center has many locations throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties, and are Excited to be bringing our services and Support to the Temecula Valley.

Meet the Manager

Nina H.

Manager

As a resident of Temecula and an educator for more than 25 years, Nina Henry, M.A. believes Leading Edge Learning Center and the Temecula Valley are a strong match. The emphasis of both TVUSD and LELC is upon the learning, genuine relationships between teacher and student, and upon maximizing the student’s opportunities. As the Southern California Regional Manager of Leading Edge Learning Center, Ms. Henry says she is most proud of «our company being truly community based and our ability to assist clients of all ages and interests, in achieving their goals, and ultimately making a difference in our community».

Ms. Henry’s educational background includes dual bachelor degrees, a masters, and doctoral studies in the science of learning, through Temple University. Her training includes studying and teaching in Japan for 4 years. Having had three children come through the district, Nina has both personally and professionally experienced the high quality the district has to offer.
