Established in 2009.

My experience in Real Estate began during the down turn of the market. It was heart breaking to see so many people led astray by people who didn’t understand how the market was changing. They «drank the cool aid». To make sure I understood the market, I took college classes for my appraisal license. I became a Licensed Appraiser on 08/​17/​2005 and a Certified Residential Appraiser on 06/​14/​2005.

Business Owner

I was born in Colorado and moved several times due to a military spouse. My husband and I had two wonderful children and I was a 20 year military spouse. I worked once the children were in school, doing interesting and varying jobs; armored car /​ATM servicing, headed the animal control for a small PD, and for a larger county, and other random jobs that I could get with each move. When the children were in middle school I went back to school and kept working. On the suggestion of a friend I took an appraisal class and loved it! I am always striving to improve my reports with classes from expos and the best appraisal classes I can find. I am under the impression you never know what you don’t know so it’s best to keep learning. I have an associate’s degree in Real Estate and all the qualifying class for appraisal were collage class.
