Buyer Beware: THIS IS ONE TIME TRYING TO HELP THE LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS OWNER WON’T PAYOFF!
The other three reviews must have been his friends…
We made the mistake of trusting him enough to pay the final payment on our «contract» BEFORE he completed the website… Needless to say it has NEVER been completed or functioned properly.
He has also NOT responded to any sort of communication requests or inquiries over the past 12 months to complete this obligation!
$ 3000 later, we «HAD» a limited functioning website. I say «HAD» because he also pushes you to use HIS web-​hosting for «optimal performance», (for which you will pay a mere $ 60/​yr upon renewal).
Well, we just got the first annual bill and it was $ 75? Hmmmmm… you want me to pay $ 75/​yr (by the way, according to our «contract», it was supposed to be $ 60) for a website that never functioned properly. REALLY?
Communication with this company is EXTREMELY poor.
We received one email invoice for the annual web-​hosting «renewal», and a month later the site was shut down!
Not even a courtesy message advising me that it had been shut down after the fact. (Had to find out from a customer!!!)
We now have to pay someone else to create a new website for two reasons:
1) Website was built so that no one other than a competent web programmer could make SIMPLE changes in order to complete the website without something being affected or something else going wrong with it.
2) Since the website was hosted on HIS server, and we refused to renew & pay for HIS web-​hosting, we now NO longer have access to the website anyway!!!
How UNPROFESSIONAL !!
