Joseph Onello is originally from New Jersey and spent 8 years in the Marine Corps. His first 4 years were spent in North Carolina as a Sergeant. His final 4 years were spent in San Diego, CA as a Drill Instructor. Joseph started as a real estate investor flipping homes in Southern California before getting his real estate license. Helping people has always been a passion for Joseph as he treats every client like they were him going through the process himself. That level of diligence helps him understand the complexity of the process and enjoys educating his clients.

Joseph was the 1st & only realtor we met with and we are so glad we decided to work with him on the spot! We were looking for someone honest, motivated & straight forward & he sure went above & beyond our expectations. My husband and I had in mind a long and stressful process to sell our home but with Joseph’s hard work we accepted an offer less then 2 weeks of our home being on the market! We were looking for a rental or Rent to Own around Temecula and Jo Onello caught my attention at Unilocal.
Just before our appointment with him he came up with a much better idea. We had some money but thought it wouldn’t be enough to buy a place. But Joseph thought it might just be enough to buy a house a little further out around Hemet.
A– we wouldn’t lose $ 20.000 in rent money
B– we would instantly start on improving our credit score
C– after a year we could rent out the property in Hemet and with a good credit score buy a house closer to our preferred location OR we could just stay
With his help we found an awesome place newly renovated and big enough for 4 and are moving in this week!!!

Joseph was an outstanding realtor and was able to get us into a home so quickly. As first time homebuyers, we were unsure of what to expect. Friends of ours had spoken to us about the horrors of home buying and the long and stressful process. Joseph quickly caught on to what we were looking for and was able to find us a number of great homes. With Joseph’s expertise he was able to save us over 20k on the home we wanted. Not only did we save money, but we never were stressed out or worried throughout the process. We honestly don’t know why people told us we’d be stressed out.
We felt so comfortable with him throughout the process. Being Vets, Joseph was able to understand us better than any other realtor. We felt so at ease with him as we searched for homes. We truly felt as if we were home shopping with an old military friend.
Not only did Joe provide exceptional service throughout the home buying process but he also offered to ditch his slacks and throw on some shorts to help us move. We couldn’t have been happier with everything that Joe did for us. We are very grateful for everything and love our new home!

I’ve worked with and interacted with MANY real estate agents over the years, and I can say, hands down, Joseph is a rock star!
We moved to Seattle many years ago and had a rental property in Murrieta that was in pretty poor shape. Joseph helped us before we even decided to sell by visiting the house, taking inventory, giving us advice on what we needed to do, etc. Then after a long weekend spent traveling down, doing a bunch of repairs, and then flying home, Joseph took back over and helped get everything finished off and ready to list in just a couple of days.
We listed our house and had a flood of showings and multiple offers within a few days. Thanks to Joseph’s great advice through the whole process, we got an accepted offer OVER our list price and closed 2 days early! From listed to sold in 33 days! Let me say that again, listed to sold in JUST 33 DAYS!
He was on top of and taking care of everything throughout the closing process. Without Joseph, I am confident this would have been the nightmare I knew it was going to be when we started down the road of evicting our tenants and selling it. Instead, he turned it into a cakewalk.

Joseph just helped me sell my first home. I can’t compliment his professional style, friendly demeanor and responsive style enough! He hired a top notch photographer and marketed the property in such a way that he brought a massive amount of attention to the condo. It was only on the market for one week and we had multiple offers. On top of that, he sold my condo for over asking price (in an area where nothing was selling for over asking). I had some initial reservations as my home wasn’t in his home territory, but property location does not matter to him. Joseph is the ultimate salesman and really took the time to service my listing.
