Pretty legit ramen. I grew up in LA so I am an Asian cuisine snob. My husband has spent a lot of time in Japan and he was pretty impressed too! The staff is great, its a clean, well kept restaurant. We’ll be going back!

I was dying to stop into this place. I decided to take my little sister here. She had never had ramen before so I wanted her to try it. It was so good and had lots of flavor! Check this place out!

I have lived in Japan and am used to the small noodle shops, just a single bar and home made soba or raman. This place is worth going to grab a quick bowl of Raman. Always clean, respectful staff and very yummy.

I’ve had fine ramen all around the world. The best of Japan and the best of LA for sure. I’d like to say I know what good ramen tastes like. This isn’t it at all. The miso ramen was just not miso. The chashu was tough and rubbery, the flavor was not even close to miso and the noodles were not well made The Black Garlic Ramen tasted like the broth was burned and covered in garlic to try and salvage the flavor. The flavor tasted closer to that if I boiled my gym shoes shows and served it with instant noodles. My friend ordered a Thai iced tea and received something closer to a strange orange smoothy with no tea to be found. Do you want good ramen? Don’t come here. I also want to state that the wait staff were amazing. They didn’t argue when we requested to cancel our order. We wanted to pay for our drinks and appetizers that we did eat, but we didn’t think we should have to pay for a ramen we didn’t touch. Staff are friendly, but that doesn’t save the food. Want good ramen? Make a day trip out to Torrance.

Surprisingly a decent ramen spot in Temecula! Didnt expect to eat ramen but we had a random craving while we were in the area so why not! I ordered their Spicy Rockin’ Ramen while my boyfriend got their Spicy Beef Ramen. The Spicy Rockin’ Ramen consisted of a pork based broth, slices of chasu pork, seasoned egg, bamboo, fresh seaweed, cabbage, mushroom and green onions. Overall, the ramen was pretty good. The noodles were the right amount of chewy and portions were huge but I do wish they offered soft boiled eggs and an option to choose the spice level of your ramen. Although its called spicy, the broth was rather mild and a bit on the saltier side. My boyfriend enjoyed his ramen and said he preferred his broth over mine but I thought otherwise. His ramen had less ingredients than mine; it consisted of seasoned beef, seasoned egg, cabbage, green onions and seaweed. I also ordered their boba milk tea which was pretty cheap considering the price already included boba whereas most places charge extra. I would’ve done without the boba considering it was way too soft and syrupy. The milk tea however was really good; not too sweet but just enough. All in all, if you’re ever in the area, why not. The establishment is very clean, service was attentive and the food was decent. *** T I P S *** –Visit their website for $ 5 off coupon, valid on orders of $ 25+!

This is my go to stop for ramen in Temecula! I love their Spicy Rockin’ Ramen and just gave their Spicy Beef Ramen a shot. The«Rockin’ Ramen» comes with pork, which is very tasty and has a nice amount of fat still on it. The beef in the beef ramen is like the thin sliced beef that’s in sukiyaki, sooooo good. I’m also a fan of their croquets! Definitely worth a stop for some ramen that’ll warm your soul. Be wary though, that if it gets crowded, the service will be a little slow(there’s normally two waiters working) and you might have to wait for a table. The ramen is definitely worth the wait though!

For those who don’t eat pork, this place serves an excellent vegetable ramen! Has corn, seaweed, spinach, cabbage, bean(kurd? Not sure) but it was delicious and satisfying. I wasn’t too keen on the vegetable egg rolls but my Thai tea with boba was delightful. Loved the ramen & the ambiance. Def recommend you stop in & give them a try!

Between 9 and 11 dollars for a bowl of ramen, and the ramen isn’t half bad at all. The appetizers we got(sweet chicken chili and tempura octopus) were decently portioned and pretty good too. I wouldn’t hesitate to come again for the ramen, would probably pass on the apps unless I was really hungry. The ramen would benefit from some add on options like other ramen places offer.

This place is really good! I’ve been here twice so far and I’ve only ever had«real» ramen from here so I don’t have anything to compare it to… Just to start, the reason I only gave 4⁄5 stars is because both times I’ve been, I ordered appetizers. The first time I ordered the sweet chili chicken karaage, it came with the meal instead of as an appetizer — before the meal. The second time I ordered Panko shrimp(no picture because I ate it all!) and they had forgotten I ordered it so the waitress apologized and it came out half way through the meal. All of what I’ve ordered here is seasoned well, the food came out hot, the meats are never dry, the servings they give are more than enough and the staff is always friendly!

The BEST Ramen in town. I got the lunch special combo with Miso Ramen with side orders of Pork Katsu, Chicken Karaage, and Croquette. The food was tasteful and fresh. Miso soup broth was perfect without being too salty. The waitress was very attentive and polite. She provided drink refills without being asked. The restaurants was clean and organized. The Japanese décor was nice and simple. I plan to get the Spicy Ramen with side order of Spam Musubi next time.

Finally visited after having read about it for a while. It’s quick to spot and parking is easy in the mall area. A good number of tables are inside as well as a bar. For some reason we weren’t expecting bowls to be in the $ 10-$ 12 price range on the menu. Our order included the Miso and Tan Tan Men Ramen. The portions were big, and I’d say mine was good, though not as spicy as I thought it would be. The Ramen wasn’t quite rockin,’ but it was fine. A return is likely to try appetizers instead next time. 3.5

If you are spoiled by top notch quality ramen noodles and broth down in San Diego on Convoy St. then you’ll be disappointed by Jake’s Rockin’ Ramen. They have quite a variety of ramen selection, nice portion, but quality lacks. The broth in my black garlic oil ramen had a watered down taste and the noodle texture tasted like it came a premium packaged ramen you can get at a Japanese store down in San Diego. And also their thai tea tasted weird. It like had a hint of honeydew in it(i suggest to pass on it) Although i really liked the rockin’ rpm potato appetizer which reminded me of the San Diego Fair. The service was on par; was surprised the ramen came out super quick a head of the appetizer. Good place to come without having to drive all the way down south but don’t expect the best. Would have been 1 star but I liked the quick service and rockin’ rpm potato.

I don’t know what they have done differently, but their Spicy Ramen is wonderful! As an added bonus they do allow for take out. They keep the broth seperate and all of your toppiongs in another container. The service has always been wonderful. The broth for their spicy version seems to be much more rich and less miso tasting then in the past. I am a fan and actually crave this place now.

Today found us on a fire drill in the beautiful city of Temecula California. The ulterior motive behind working here today was to get to a Ramen shop that was touted as «the best Ramen in Socal» by both my coworker and our senior vp. I had been looking forward to trying this spot out for months since arriving to the area and the time had finally arrived! Upon entry we were greeted by a strange sounding«Irashyaimase.» Was that a Korean accent? Oh noes, it was. Of course, I had been told it was Japanese owned and operated. Do I not like Korean food? OFCOURSENOT! In fact, one of my favorite soups out there is Duk Gook in it’s wonderfully milky beef broth, but when wanting Ramen(and not«Ramyon»), there’s nobody that does it better than homegrown Nihonjin, and not one could be seen in front or behind the counter. The waitress was quickly on us and a little pushy but in a semi-professional way. I felt a little rushed to get my order in, or at least to ask a question. Scanning the menu thoroughly, I noticed that there was NO standard Tonkotsu broth, but only a spicy version of one. REDFLAG!(Literally when you see the color of the broth from all the red pepper). Considering tonkotsu was what I was searching for, that’s exactly what I tried to order, but had I known the fire drill was going to move from the street to my stomach like that, I would’ve just left after the egg rolls. The first sip was really spicy. I’d say that the fieriness of the spice offset any of the other flavors that a good tonkotsu broth tries to showcase. I couldn’t even really tell if it was salty because of the overpowering spice. I was able to finish the noodles that didn’t have the nice el dente texture of good Japanese hand made ramen. I’d even say they were just a tad mushy. The char siu was nicely soft, but needed more flavor, seeming a little bland. Long story short, not more than 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant, my co-worker literally had to run a red light to pollute a nearby Mexican restaurant’s bathroom.(He did buy me a Mexican Coke from them so he wouldn’t feel too bad about leaving what he did there) I of course laughed at him and chalked it up to his stomach not being Ramen conditioned like mine. An hour later, I sat on the porcelain thrown for the entire evening and morning after getting home. I’m sorry Jake, but I don’t think I’ll be back…

Still becoming more familiar with ramen I have to say this place has it dialed. 4 out of 5 stars only because there is always room for improvement, not that I have anything to complain about. On a side note. I had my food served in less than 10 minutes after ordering it. I arrived at 6:05 with 6 tables being served at the same time. This note is in regards to a complaint mentioning a long wait that was not the case for me. I will be back.

Was working close by on a cold rainy day and ramen seemed perfect. Was greeted pretty quickly by the staff and told to sit anywhere I like. There is a bar section countertop but you’ll be starring at a glass wall the whole time. The menu is mainly ramen dishes, appetizers and Boba. Opted for the Spicy Rockin Ramen. Didn’t do the lunch special. Also they didn’t ask how firm you want the ramen. I’ve been to other places that serve al dente standard for the noodles and let you pick your broth. Not a big deal. The ramen looked great and tasted great. Some folks mentioned a chemical smell which I picked up on a little. I believe it is the bamboo shoots. Maybe something that’s used to persevere them. If you’re worried about ask for no bamboo. It was a little spicy. Just about to my tolerance level but it was good. Agin if worried about it ask for non spicy. The egg was delicious and the pork slices were nice and tender. The cabbage added a nice texture and crunch. Would come back again and try the Boba as well.

My sister and I were going wine tasting in Temecula, and since it was really cold, I suggested ramen for lunch. Jake’s Rockin’ Ramen was a great choice! We started with the Shrimp Shumai appetizer, which was great but HOT, temperature wise and we both burned our mouths. Let that one cool off a bit before you dig in! For lunch she had their Sweet Chili Chicken Karaage with rice, and it looked phenomenal. She absolutely loved it. I had the Spicy Beef Ramen with an extra seasoned egg. The eggs were great, glad I got more that the one half it comes with. Noodles were good, nice and chewy. The broth was pretty spicy, but a little overly salty for me. The beef was okay, pretty thin pieces. I did like the cabbage in it, but would have liked a variety of veg instead of all cabbage. Lunch was $ 30 for both of us and the service was good. She said she wants to come back next time we are in Temecula, and I am fine with that. I think I will try their Black Garlic Ramen next time.
