I found Get Palms on Unilocal about 3 months ago as we were getting ready to xeriscape our front yard (remove the lawn and remodel with desert landscaping) and wanted to find a great selection of succulents in town. The company had several five star reviews so I decided to visit here, Lowes, Moon Valley and Louis Nursery around town to decide who to go with. We were in the market for 100+ plants and 2 – 3 trees, and three factors were most important to us: quality and selection of succulents and tree varieties that are suited for the Temecula Valley climate, knowledgeable customer service (we had a lot of questions) and of course price.
When I arrived at Get Palms in contrast to other much larger nurseries, I was instantly greeted personally by Chris, the owner. He was friendly, not pusher or «salesman-​like» and genuinely just seemed interested in helping me get what I needed. I explained my project and he guided me down to his larger 5 gallon succulent varieties to show me the species and price range. The selection and quality of the plants was exceptional and far exceeded anyone else’s in town that I had seen. Not only that, his prices were competitive and I could easily get the same or better pricing with Chris for larger, healthier looking plants!
We purchased ~80 plants that day and another 60 or so over the course of the next 60 days. Every time Chris gave us detailed info on how to plant them, how to help them survive, etc. His guys delivered to our house twice and placed the plants in our yard for us. A few times I called Chris and asked if he had a particular species and if he didn’t, he would call around the area and find out where he could get it for us.
A final tip: be patient; this is a small business and he doesn’t have a large staff so if you come on a busy Saturday you may have to wait a few minutes for service. I always suggest stopping by on a weekday to get one on one attention. :)
I highly recommend Get Palms and Chris specifically for all your nursery needs: he truly is the embodiment of great small-​business service and quality.

This is your go to place for great succulents and a wide variety of plants at such a great price. The owner is extremely friendly and took his time while helping my husband and I pick out some succulents for our backyard. This is by far the best nursery is Temecula and all other surrounding cities!!! Definitely a place worth checking out for all your landscaping needs.

Out of all the local places we visited, GetPalms had the best selection of tropical plants for our new pool area and great customer service.

4 years ago we purchased 5 15gal queen palms from Chris and they’re gorgeous! Our neighbors bought from another nursery and theirs aren’t half as full or green! Get your palms here and you’ll have the prettiest ones on your block!

Time to get more plants from Chris at Get Palms! Can’t wait for our palms and giant birds to get delivered! I highly recommend these guys! They are super friendly and their prices are great! Family owned and operated! Support your local Temecula family… not the big box stores! You will get a better price and service too!

Great prices and geat costomer service. My favorite place for plants. Check out their huge agaves. Best prices for palms I have found. Always helpful and eager to please. He should be getting even larger selection soon, so if you need other plants go see them!

Awesome place. Great customer service and it makes you feel good supporting a local business. The owner is very friendly and offered great advice for positioning and planting the stuff we were getting. I recommend this place and will definitely be finishing up my landscape with them.

Wow… I think when you can say that you dealt with the owner and he personally took the time to help says a lot. He really cares about your needs and is honest! Even when it comes to his own plants he suggests nothing but the best for your home. We WILL BE BACK. Customer service goes a long way even if possible there is a place that is cheaper IT ISNT WORTH IT oaf you don’t get treated the way Chris treats his customers.

I wish I knew about this place sooner! I will never go to the big box stores again. They have a wonderful selection, great prices, and are very helpful. Chris and another gentleman (whose name I didn’t get) were very helpful with all of our questions and helped us load everything up. I can’t wait to be able to go back and get more. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I went to Get Palms on March 7^th after seeing their reviews on Unilocal.We definitely were not disappointed! Chris was great– so helpful. We brought in a little diagram of our backyard and Chris asked how much sun each part got. With that info, he helped us pick out plants that would do the best in minimal sunlight and ones that would do great with a lot of sun. Without his help, we would have purchased the wrong plants and they would have died.
The selection and prices at Get Palms is great but the thing that will keep is going back is the great service we got while we were there! :)

Great locally owned family run business! The first time I visited Get Palms I was hooked. The layout was very easy to browse. What I noticed first was the quality of inventory compared to other places I had shopped. For someone that is a novice at the tropical options available, Chris made me feel right at home. He was willing to answer questions and guide me based on the unique elements to my specific lawn project. The service and information I received before making a decision to buy were far beyond what I had received at other places. Because of this, I went back and purchased even though Get Palms is 20 plus miles from my home.
The transaction was seamless, the delivery was on the day promised and Chris even went the extra mile to take the plants to their planting location in my yard. This family is sure to get referrals from me for a long time to come.

Get Palms is AWESOME!!! They have a great selection, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. I would definitely not go anywhere else to get palms in the Temecula area.

Great nursery! We recently bought a new house in the area and were able to get all our plants and trees through get palms! They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. Chris was very helpful. They also deliver! I will definitely be going back when we redo the front landscape.

We came back to get palms again today. The only place to go for great product, competitive prices and friendly service. Looking forward to coming back when we are ready to work on the back yard! !
