Eric such did a fabulous job on my wedding ceremony & reception flowers this past Friday, December 12, 2014, in Temecula CA.
Everything was PERFECT and oh so gorgeous. Eric was kind, accommodating and he listened to everything I wanted (and didn’t want) in my arrangements & bouquets. I am a flower person, I have worked in florists and/​or with floral designers my entire teenage and adult life. I have very definite opinions about flowers and Eric exceeded my expectations.
If I ever get married again (HA HA HA) to my ‘husband’, I will seek out Eric to work with all over again…

Wow, wow, wow! There’s not much else I can say about the gorgeous flowers that were provided by Eric for our September wedding. The end product of countless brainstorming sessions were better than I could have ever imagined, and working with Eric was a breeze. I’ve never had a vendor be more accomodating or listen to details more closely. I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a florist within their budget that will provide higher than budget quality. Thanks for all your hard work Eric!

Dottie and her team did the flowers for my wedding two weeks ago in Palos Verdes, California. The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS. From the arch decoration and the centerpieces to the wrist and pin-​on corsages, every arrangement was stunning. Very classic and tasteful. More than we hoped for. Guests loved the centerpieces so much that they took them all home with them! Not one was left after the wedding.

I’ve waited about 7 months to write a review as I am still reeling with anger about the events that took place. If I could rate Epic Stems a zero — I would. So many things were wrong, I’m not sure where to start. I will start by saying that I’m happy for the people that had a good experience, I really am. I wish our wedding turned out as well as others describe but ours did not… not even close.
Flowers are such an integral part of the ceremony and reception. And we had no flowers at the time our wedding was due to start and none for any of the photo’s that were taken prior to the ceremony. We had no idea wwhat we were going to do. We had no idea where the flowers were or when they were going to arrive. People were looking up local florists because we were in a state of panic. It was terrible! I was in tears — how could i walk down the aisle without a bouquet??? The contract stated that she would arrive at 2:30pm (my wedding started at 4pm). She did not even deliver the flowers! She hired someone else who had no idea where to go to deliver them. We were NEVER made aware of a 3^rd party being contracted to deliver the flowers. Regardless, directions should have been made clear to the 3^rd party of the agreed upon details. During the course of the chaos, she did not answer our repeated attempts to contact her for hours. She never provided the contact number for the people who were delivering the flowers. We could have provided direction on how to get to the location… but no… not contact number.
The flowers arrived nearly an hour after my wedding was supposed to start making everything from that point forward rushed and chaotic. The flowers never made it on the arch because we had no time for it. We had to hurry and start the ceremony. It was already an hour past the scheduled start time. The centerpieces were nice. My husbands boutonnière was pink (not purple as it should have been). My bouqet was much smaller than I anticipated. These are really minor in the grand scheme of things — the major issue was that the flowers did not arrive on time or even close to it. It ruined so many events of our wedding. It breaks my heart when I think about the flower issues. The flowers not arriving was the last thing that I would have thought would go wrong. I have tried to forget the horrible experience I’ve had but I am reminded of it constantly. I cried the first time I saw the photos of my wedding and there are no flowers on the ceremony arch, reception tables, on the groomsmen lapels or in my bridesmaids hands. It was a giant mess. Dottie called the whole thing an «unfortunate occurrence». Really? Ruining our wedding is not an unfortunate occurrence. I was offended by this statement.
Good luck to whoever hires Epic Stems.

Dottie is a true professional who truly cares. The flower arrangements she created were gorgeous. We received so many compliments on our wedding flowers. We gave her a general idea of what we were looking for, but she went beyond our expectations. Dottie did not leave our event until everything was taken care of and we were happy. There are not enough great things to say about her and her work. She is extremely reasonable priced and will help you to stay in budget. If you are looking for a florist for an event, you have found the right person!

Dottie is very sweet and so creative. My wedding flowers were beautiful! She understood my vision and brought it to life. I would recommend her services to a friend.

What can I say about Dottie? Amazing is the first word that comes to mind. Quality is second and affordable is the third. I found Dottie through my best friend, who also used Epic Stems for her wedding in Sept 2013. She did an amazing job with my bestie’s wedding and I couldn’t wait to see what was in store for my own wedding. Dottie did not disappoint! It’s one thing to talk to Dottie and come up with centerpieces and bouquets with flowers you’ve chosen. But to see everything in person… it was better than I could’ve imagined. Dottie’s work blew me away!!! I had so many compliments throughout the night on all of our centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. One of the best parts about working with Dottie — I didn’t have to break the bank! Dottie is super sweet and easy to work with. She really takes pride in her work. Take my advice and book Dottie/​Epic Stems for your event!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Dottie is! I got married this past July at Malibou Lake Mountain Club and Dottie truly made my wedding so beautiful. When it came to flowers… I really didn’t know much. I knew what colors I wanted and the main flower I wanted to incorporate, but that was about it. Dottie sat with me and helped me come up with so many different options that I could use. We ended up coming up with arrangements for the ceremony, cocktail area and my reception. She also put together my bridesmaids, along with my bouquet and all the boutonnieres for the groomsman. She pinned each boutonnière for each guy, which was such a nice personal touch, as well. She had many of the items in house already… such as the vases, shepard’s hooks, mason jars, tea candles and the beautiful arch for the ceremony. She put together such gorgeous centerpieces for my reception tables and everything came together perfectly. Not only were all the flowers and arrangements we used beautiful, but she was priced very reasonable, as well and totally worked with my budget. I can’t thank Dottie enough for all the help during this process and I 100% recommend her for anyone’s floral needs!

Dottie is excellent, wonderful to work with, and very talented. She did my wedding two weeks ago in Moorpark and it could not have been more beautiful. She came to Burbank to meet with us before the wedding and totally accommodated our schedule. She had great ideas for arrangements and bouquets as I do not know much about flowers, but did it in a way that stayed within our budget. She is also a very sweet and kind woman. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Update — I was pleased with how our flowers turned out! Our arch was amazing, and I loved my husband’s boutonnière! I seriously love love loved our arch. My bouquet was a little underwhelming but still very nice… I guess I just expected it to have more roses than it did and less babies breath? Nevertheless, it was beautiful.
Dottie was really ill the day of my wedding so her fiancé stepped in and assembled the arch, pinned on the boutonnieres and sprinkled all the petals. It looked beautiful and I am very happy with our decision to go with Dottie.
I reached out to Dottie once after the wedding to make sure she received the card I had given her fiancé and to thank her again, but I still have not heard anything back, hope she is doing ok!
Overall, I would definitely recommend Dottie if you need a florist in the Temecula area! Beautiful work.

Dottie is amazing! She is so talented and I had such a wonderful time planning with her. It was such a fun collaboration. She had creative solutions for the jumble of ideas that I had, down to the table numbers! She is on it!
Dottie created everything I asked of her. I provided Dottie with my late grandmother’s ribbons and lace and she used them perfectly in the bouquets and centerpieces. She was more than happy to work with these important pieces. I was blown away by the final product and am still hearing rave reviews from my guests about the incredible flowers.
Dottie was there the entire time, from getting ready at the hotel, to the shifting of flowers from the ceremony to the reception. I felt so comfortable and happy with her in charge. She was so supportive and really engaged in the entire experience.

Working with Dottie was wonderful!
She was very professional and really seemed excited to work with us for our wedding (even though we were on a lower budget). She made an OUTSTANDING bouquet, honestly I couldn’t have loved it more.
She also made some beautiful pieces for our tables! We gave her some basic mason jars and she turned them into beautiful floral pieces.
If you are looking for a wonderful florist with a creative vision, look no further, Epic Stems should be your top choice (I know it will be mine in the future)!

I just got off the phone with Dottie and what a superb phone call despite the circumstances!!! I contacted her to arrange some flowers for my best friend that lost her son’s father to cancer yesterday. Dottie was incredibly sweet and willing to deliver something today. She was definitely reasonable in her pricing and extremely sweet… very professional! Now, I haven’t seen a picture of the flowers yet but, I am more than confident that it will be amazing! Love Epic Stems and Dottie. She was such a pleasure to work with and had ALOT of ideas which was a big help considering I knew nothing about flowers. She even offered to help with anything else I needed. The day of she was on time and all the flowers were beautiful and fresh. My centerpieces were so beautiful I was in awe of them. Great value and service all around. Definitely use her if you want the perfect flowers for your special day.

We just had Dottie do our flowers for our wedding ⁵⁄₁₈. They were amazing! I knew nothing about flowers and Dottie got a sense for what I wanted and produced centerpieces that were just phenomenal! People were fighting for who was going to take home the centerpieces. Not only were our flowers amazing, but Dottie is so sweet. She pinned all the flowers on the guys jackets and placed the petals so perfectly down our aisle! We have nothing but amazing things to say about Dottie’s work!
