Established in 2011.

Attorneys Brian Ellis and Jacob Stipp handle all types of personal injury cases, to include: car accidents, bike accidents, pedestrian and crosswalk injuries, motorcycle accidents, Slip and Fall mishaps, dog bites, elder abuse and nursing home neglect, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death cases.

Business Owner

Brian C. Ellis is a founding partner at Ellis & Stipp, APLC. Mr. Ellis graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/​Economics and a minor in Spanish in 2003. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2006. During law school Mr. Ellis secured an internship with Vítolo Abogados, a business litigation firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and spent the summer of 2006 assisting attorneys in negotiations and litigated matters involving bankruptcy and business transactions. Mr. Ellis was admitted to the California Bar and began practice in February 2007.

Prior to founding Ellis & Stipp, APLC, Mr. Ellis worked for large insurance companies as a defense attorney. He spent many years on The Major Case Team for a national insurance company; working on personal injury and wrongful death cases viewed by the insurance company to be high value cases.
