Had a panic day last Saturday and tried different numbers from my original guy from San Diego. They answered and Raquel was friendly and helpful. She sent Jon right away and he helped us and is still helping us. One thing I always experience in this state is nobody calls back but THEY DO even just to tell me he still is researching he kept me posted on things and that matters a lot.

Im very disapointed because every Unilocal rating was 5 stars. I sent an email via the website on 12÷19÷15. It was a Saturday so I didn’t figure that I would hear from anyone until Monday. I did receive an email back saying that they got my request and would in fact call me on Monday morning (12÷21÷15). So about 2 pm I still had not heard back from them so I emailed the company back. I got a super quick response saying they had me on the list but just had been super busy and asked if they could call me in 5 minutes. So far so good.
I spoke with Raquel who was very apologetic and told me how busy they have been because of the holidays. I completely understood and told her that was not a problem and my issue was not necessarily an emergency. She told me that she would have Jonathan call me that evening to discuss what i needed done.
By 12÷24÷15 I still had not received a phone call back so I emailed back to inform them that I never received a phone call back. The response was «I am so sorry we have been busy what’s your number?» I responded back with my phone number and said that I did not have time now (Christmas Eve) and asked if I should just call back after Christmas? I never got a response back. On 12÷28÷15 I emailed one last time asking if I should just make an appointment? As of today (1÷8÷16) still no response.
Im glad business is good and keeping you so busy that you can’t even return a phone call. I’ll go elsewhere.

We can’t thank Jon and Raquel enough for bailing us out on an early Sunday morning. It is great to find professionals who are kind, and caring about those in a panic. Also generous with their knowledge. I called regarding what I thought might be an electrical shortage in our home and Raquel and Jon returned my call promptly. Jon immediately understood what the problem was and patiently walked me through resetting the GFCI circuits that had been tripped due to a brief power surge in the neighborhood. They are the ones I will call for any electrical problem or service.

I found Crisler electric based on the Unilocal reviews. We had just had an inspection for a new house and needed someone to come out and give us a quote so we could do the request for repairs. I spoke to his wife, Raquel, she was very accommodating and said she would have Jon come out right away. He came the next day and gave us a quote. We didn’t have the work done until we closed escrow. We found him to be very honest, ethical, personable and reliable. We had an another electrical issue after we moved in and we went through our home warranty. They sent an electrician out and they said we had all kinds of things wrong. We didn’t have a good feeling about it and held off on the repairs. We had Jon come out and assess the issue and he was able to identify the problem. Jon also said that the breakers they replaced weren’t even broken and what they were preposing to «fix» was a fire hazard based on the way they had explained to me how they were going to repair it. Needless to say, we didn’t go back through the home warranty, we had Jon do the work instead. He is very knowledgable and honest. His prices are reasonable and he and his wife provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him. You will be pleased!

Jon recently installed 6 ceiling fans in our home & fixed an outdoor light. He is coming back to move a couple of outlets for us & perhaps complete some other projects. Your search for an electrician should stop here. You won’t find any better prices OR, more importantly, any better quality. Jon is personable yet professional, punctual, honest… the best! We will recommend him to everyone we know who needs an electrician. He is the owner of the company & has been in the industry for a long time. Zero complaints here.

Great work, reasonable price, kind people

These guys did a great job fixing a bad circuit breaker at our rental in Temecula. They called our tenant and coordinated the fix with our tenat. I don’t write many reviews, but these guys were great. Great communication from Johh the technician throughout the repair. There’s a reason why they have so many good Unilocal reviews (this is where I found them in the first place).

Did the job efficiently and exactly as quoted. Will use again for any electrical needs.

Hands down the best electrician I’ve worked with or had do work! Extremely reliable, professional, punctual, and lowest prices I’ve seen. The most recent work they complete for me was changing my old tube lights to LED light. This made my kitchen brighter and look like new again. They also installed an outlet where I previously didn’t have one but desperately needed one. Great work and I’m telling all my friends about them.

I can’t say enough about about Crisler Electric. This husband and wife team are exceptional people, knowledgeable, professional, and did a remarkable job. They have been to my home twice now the first time to install ceiling fans in two rooms and this last time to put track lighting in my living room. So happy with their service. I don’t ever have to look for another electrician again.

John installed a big fan in our master. He did a excellent job! He was on time, knowledgeable, afforable and clean. That’s all a homeowner can ask for! I will definitely be using him again.

We just bought a new home and had a lot of electrical issues that needed attention. I called Crisler Electric on a Sunday and Jon was at my house within 2 hours. He replaced a ceiling fan, tested all my outlets and switches and also replaced all the outdoor lights on my house. He was very friendly and professional. We will absolutely call them again.

Amazing! I have used these guys a couple of times and each time I am impresses. They go above and beyond and a great price. They have just finished adding 6 LED recessed lights to our very high ceilings here in Wolf Creek and it looks great. I recommend if you have electrical needs, call Crisler!

Found Crisler Electric on Temecula Talk by accident. Was scrolling and saw someone ask about recessed lighting, which my fiancé and I were also considering. When I clicked the post majority of the comments were recommending Crisler so I called, left a voicemail and heard back a day later. Raquel was very helpful even suggested buying the can lights at Costco where we went with them or a different electrician to install them because they were on sale.
John came by Sunday morning by special request because we are super busy with the wedding and the new house that was the only time we had so he came by after church. First of all super nice guy right off the bat. Very cordial, very knowledgeable about the work.
In the end we decided on 6 recessed cans in the kitchen even though John said we only needed 4 (we like the look of 6) and two front of the garage lights. He came back a couple days later after 5, again because I’m so busy and my work schedule is mon-​fri 8−5pm got all the can lights done and installed two lights on the garage in about two hours. (One of the lights on the garage came without parts from Lowes so John ended up only installing the light box and coming back early in the morning and installing the new fixture)
A few days later we finished all the outlet replacements in the house but realized our 3 way switches are not working properly so my fiancé called john and john tried to walk him through it over the phone but decided something else must be wrong. John came out tonight on his way home with his wife Raquel and they fixed all the 3 way switches and the dinning room dimmer for us in under 30 minutes.
These people were incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable about their craft as well as fairly priced. I have already recommended them to a couple co-​workers and will be recommending them for all electric work for my job. Very satisfied with my experiment with them.

Jon and his wife Raquel have been AMAZING in helping my fiancé and I in our new home!
We had old and ugly fluorescent lights in our kitchen that we wanted to replace with something a bit more modern… and after looking at so many light fixtures we didn’t like, I decided to look into recessed lighting.
Jon showed up the next day right on time and explained the process and helped us out with where to buy them, how many we should install, etc.
We setup an appointment for him to come back and install them and we are still SO amazed and happy at the difference it makes for our kitchen. Jon made everything look perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the way our kitchen looks now. Additionally, we also had him install exterior lights by our garage, and those have come out looking great as well.
Even this past weekend when I was changing outlets in a bedroom and had a question about the wiring, Jon was able to help me out right over the phone and was willing to come over even though he was pretty busy that day.
They’re an amazing family-​owned business and I can truly see why they’re so successful… the customer service level is just outstanding and we have found our life long electrician! If you need any electrical work, look no further… seriously!
