Terrible work, terrible Customer service!
Very upset with my experience at this place. I set an appointment for 1:00pm during a «botox party» because we had to set an appointment and couldn’t walk in and then didn’t get seen until after 3:00pm. After waiting for two hours the woman gave me 55cc of botox and told me it would take up to two weeks for it to kick in. Three weeks and a few hundred dollars later there is no difference in the areas she gave me botox. This is by far the worst botox experience I’ve ever had not to mention a complete rip off. I feel like she injected me with something else in fact because botox has a certain feel when it goes into your face. This didn’t feel like anything.

If you’re all about customer service, do Not go to contour skin and laser. I wanted to try the place, so i purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments on a small area. Every time i called to make an appointment, the receptionist was very condescending. It was very hard to get an appointment that fit my schedule, but once it was booked I though I was good to go right? Well, I was wrong because there were at least two times were they called me in order to cancel or re-​schedule my appointment.
Additionally, in one of my visits, I asked for some information about an ipl treatment and the receptionist (freddy) told me to «Google it» instead of giving me the info I inquired. The service itself wasn’t the greatest either. I would always get different (new) aesthetician that was «covering» for the one I was supposed to get. In one particular occasion, their laser machine broke, so they were using a different machine that they have not used before. this machine ended up burning my skin really bad. Although I had two more treatments left out of my groupon, i decided to no longer go to that place; it just wasn’t worth it.
