In my view, relationships need yearly check-ups, just like your body. Relationships need the same attention. I also have over 18 years of experience in working with child abuse victims and their families. Further, I specialize in working with teenagers who self-injure. I work best with couples dealing with relationship issues or parenting problems.
My two offices are in Newport Beach and Temecula.

Established in 1996.
Cathryn Leff became a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist after achieving her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Cathryn works in herTemecula office M-Th; in Newport Beach F-S. Cathryn previously had an office in Laguna Hills.

Cathryn L. Leff, M.A., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Doctoral Candidate, received her B.A. degree in Psychology from UCLA in 1984, and a M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University in 1987. She has been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1996.
Previously, Ms. Leff worked for UCLA’s Career Counseling Center as a Psychometrist, and as Social Worker for the Department of Children and Family Services. Most recently, Ms. Leff worked as a Clinician for San Diego County Children’s Mental Health.
Ms. Leff is now in Private Practice specializing in ADD/ADHD, Divorce Recovery, Life Transitions, Parenting issues, Domestic Violence, Anger Management, Marriage/Relationship issues, and with Teens who engage in Self-Injury.
Ms. Leff previously worked for Tri-City Medical Center, conducting Psychological Evaluations for their Emergency Room Department, and is currently working towards her Ph.D.
