We just can’t say enough great things about Dr. Burke and the way not only him but all of his staff takes care of us. Upon arrival everyone is always friendly and helpful. The wait is never too long (this I appreciate the most) and he really knows what he is doing. He listens to us and has so much experience that he really knows what to do to get the teeth moving and lined up properly.

I wish there were more that 5 stars! My kids have been coming to Dr. Burke since 2006. Both had expanders and braces (most recent removal was 2 weeks ago). I have a few friends (not from this area) who have had nothing but issues with their kids treatment. I could not be happier with the outcome of my kids beautiful smiles!!! I have always been happy with this office. Sabrina at the front desk has always been super pleasant. Dr. Burke has consistently been very thorough when dealing with my kids and especially when we have had our consultations to discuss treatment.
I couldn’t ask for a better Ortho!

Very impressed with his office. Went on a recommendation. Very clean and professional. Just needed to have my retainers looked at. They took X-​rays and Dr. Burke sat down with me and went over everything. No extra fees after insurance.

I’ve known Dr. Burke and his staff for over 10 years and I can honestly say he is the best orthodontist around. Several people I know have gone elsewhere and weren’t pleased with their results from the competition. Dr. Burke is a perfectionist and if you want the best for yourself or your children, he is the only orthodontist worth spending your hard-​earned money on. I love my results and know my money is going to be well spent on my son’s treatment because Dr. Burke is an expert in what he does. His office manager, Dixie, also works with your insurance and finances to help make a great smile affordable for everyone as well! Just call and make a consultation, if you haven’t been influenced by all the great reviews on here, you’ll definitely change your mind once you meet him and his awesome employees, and see the results his patients have had!

Dr. Burke has treated all three of my daughters so we’ve been with him for several years. He is friendly and professional and takes time with each patient to explain exactly what is happening with treatment and makes adjustments based on what he sees. We moved last year but still drive a great distance so we can finish my youngest child’s treatment with him. The staff are all wonderful and have been with Dr. Burke longer than we’ve been here — low turn over, which is great!

Dr. Burke and his staff are are amazing! I lost my retainer and was going away to school the next week. I called my orthodontist and he was not able to get me in. I would not have been able to get a new retainer for 4 months if it wasn’t for Dr Burke and his staff. I called the office and explained to them the situation I was in. The receptionist (I think her name was Dixie) was very nice and understanding. Even though he was not my original orthodontist he made an arrangement and agreed to make me a temporary retainer that same day. He was extremely nice and I would recommend anyone to him!

All of my sons go to Dr. Burke– and he is the best! He was recommended to us by our close friend years ago. He is the only board certified orthodontist in Temecula (A HUGE plus in my book)! He offers all of the latest orthodontia technology and the kids just love him! I wouldn’t trust my kids’ smile to anyone else!

Dr. Burke has been my family’s orthodontist for about 14 years. He is so beyond amazing at what he does. Also, his staff makes it a point to remember you, and treat everyone with respect and professionalism. VERY highly recommended!

Awesome experience every single time the staff is amazing! Dr Bruke is wonderful, answers all and any questions. Greets every one. My son got his braces but on and Dr. Bruke called us to check on him on the weekend! That to me was going out of the way. Dixie helped with my son’s insurance wonderfully after our finances where already set, greatly appreciated all their hard work. Would recommend to all friends and family! And I’m definitely bringing all my kids for their ortho needs. keep up the excellent patient care!

Superior service! I was his first patient many years ago. My entire family has been a patient over the years. Now my teenager is a patient! 5**** service from the time you walk in the door. It’s like family to us and we always get well taken care of. Dental emergencies are always taken care of and you’ll never be turned away ever. They care so much. The staff never leaves and some have been with Dr. Burke since opening his doors. I’m 35 now and I can’t say enough wonderful things. In so glad to see a busy successful operation. He deserves it! Integrity, great orthodontic work and good parent understanding is what we received with Dr. Burke. Recently my daughter just had her braces taken off and Dr. Burke did a fantastic job! She had great care through the process and anytime I had questions he would answer them. If I had more in depth questions I would schedule an appointment as a parent or ask to have him call me and that happened only once. The bottom line is the orthodontic work is remarkable and this office does not take advantage of there clients. Integrity is hard to find and we found that here.

VERY PLEASED with Dr. Burke, his assistants, and office staff!!! Dr. Burke came highly recommended to us by nearly every one of our friends, who have also been very happy with his practice and the results. He is known for his level of care, education in the field, thoroughness at each appointment, and friendly office staff. Dr. Burke and his staff is punctual, highly professional, always pleasant — and, most important, they do a great job! I should add that Dr. Burke himself took great care with our daughter at each appointment. We couldn’t have picked a better orthodontist. Highly recommend!!!

My experience with this office was VERY similar to Lisa M’s review below.
We are very unsatisfied with this office due to the following:
*Appointments after school are hard to come by, so I had to pull my daughter out classes.
*Felt very rushed at every appointment. Nothing was ever explained to us. When I asked questions, I got very rushed, short answers and felt like his tone was condescending. We would leave there feeling very confused and frustrated.
*Treatment was started 2 years ago, yet still no braces on. The last 2 or 3 appointments we were told «another 6 months.» Every time, my daughter (who is in middle school) would get her hopes up, only for us to hear that they wouldn’t even start on the front four, just to cosmetically look better. We went and had consults with 2 other offices and both said we can start now and quite frankly, were a little shocked that braces hadn’t been put on yet.
It is a shame that we have already spent such a large chunk of money only on an expander.
We have decided to cut our losses and go to another orthodontist. I can not believe the night and day difference when it comes to bedside manner, detailed explanations and the doctor showing compassion and concern towards my daughters feelings. We don’t feel like just another number anymore.
This is my first child, so I wasn’t sure of the whole process. My best advice, is to get 2 or 3 opinions before choosing your orthodontist. That was my biggest mistake and it has cost us not only a lot of money, but also time!

I had written a previous review in which I stated a few concerns. In that review I stated that as an orthodontist, he was great. My daughter’s teeth looked wonderful. However, I did have concerns about some other things. I addressed each of these in my previous review.
I was quite surprised at my last appointment. Dr. Burke had been made aware of my review and really took it to heart. So far every one of my previous concerns has been addressed.
I don’t leave Unilocal reviews to hurt a business. I leave Unilocal reviews to make others aware of the service that I experienced so that they can make an informed decision. I look for reviews before buying/​doing just about anything, so I do know how important these reviews can be. The fact that Dr. Burke considered each of my concerns and made changes based on those concerns is kind of a big deal. It shows that he is receptive to his patients (customers) needs and concerns. I was quite impressed by this, and thought it only fair to update my review to reflect that .
Dr. Burke has done a wonderful job. My daughters teeth look great. She has never had a broken bracket and he uses positive reinforcement to make sure that the kids are keeping up with their brushing and taking care of their braces.

I’m very impressed with Dr. Burke and his staff. I just received a call from Dr. Burke (on a Saturday) to check on my daughter, who had her braces put on on Wednesday.

Dr. Burke has been my family orthodontist for over 10 years. He has put braces on three of my kids and will be the one for the fourth child. He personally sees each patient and oversees treatment on every patient. He is very friendly and the kids are very comfortable with him.
He is an absolute perfectionist, my children’s teeth look beautiful. As a side note, when I took my third child in, and I received my quote for treatment, I had second thoughts because the quote seemed high to me. After seeing advertisements around I thought I might go elsewhere.
I changed my mind the next week when my oldest daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed. The oral surgeon I took her to asked me, «who did her orthodontia?». I told him and he told me, «I can tell her treatment must have been complicated, the orthodontist did an excellent job».
That was enough for me, you get what you pay for. When it comes to my child’s dental needs, there is no other orthodontist I would consider. Additionally, his staff is friendly, the office is state of the art with video games for the kids to play.
You need to go see Dr. Burke if you are considering orthodontia for yourself or your children. You will not be disappointed.

Our whole family loves Dr. Burke and his whole staff. My 11 yr. old daughter is undergoing treatment right now, and my 2 nephews and niece had their braces done here. One of the best things is that they are really precise with their appointment times, so there is hardly ever much of a wait. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Burke doesn’t prescribe any unnecessary procedures. He’s fair, honest, and knows his stuff! You should check him out! He also has an office in Lake Elsinore.
