I rarely give my feedback on things like but I really appreciate the outstanding customer service that the staff provided last week. I visited this store to purchase a grill for my new home. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially the salesman Pete, were very knowledgeable about the store’s product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find items that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale.
Because of their efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to visit this store in the future, as well as recommend it to others.

Had a great experience this past weekend shopping here. The store manager greeted me at the door and made me feel very special the whole time I was there.
His knowledge on grills and accessories blew me away. I walked out of there feeling more confident than ever and know I’ll be cooking better in no time.

This place is so overpriced it will make your head spin. The customer service is horrible at best. The guy that helped me treated me as if I was a moron because I didn’t know exactly what kind of thermometer I was looking for. I guess they don’t understand that not everyone is a barbecue master that wants to spend $ 4000 on a barbecue. I won’t be going back

Beyond expensive… clearly the sales people are paid commissions… outing their interests ahead of customers. The prices are ridiculous. You can buy everything on Amazon…

I have to say that the salespeople here are so nice and helpful, even when you are just shopping for inexpensive accessories instead of their expensive furniture and grills!
I went looking for racks to cook ribs and a smoker box. They we super patient and helpful showing me every rack they had (including one from «the back»).
Overall, I was very surprised to find the prices were very reasonable, too. I would certainly go back to purchase any accessories I need for grilling.

I recently bought a smoker/​bbq for my husband. One he has been eyeing for months. I spoke with Daniel on the phone weeks in advance to see if they carried this kind. When I called back he remembered me AND the bbq I wanted. He knew who I was when I told him what grill I wanted to purchase. Today I went in to pay for the bbq, and set up delivery. They delivered it the same day! I can’t say enough good things about this store and its employees. They’re knowledgeable and friendly.

Despite not buying a grill from them I would still give a 5 star review! The salesman that helped me knew his stuff, was clear and concise and didn’t pressure me at all! I wish I had the 3k to buy the grill they had that fit my needs, but sadly I don’t :(if you are in the market and have a big budget I would head down to Barbecues Galore! They have a great selection and friendly staff!

Great assortment of grills and accessories. Prices are reasonable. The quality is good. We bought a full outdoor kitchen including, grill, side burner, refrigerator, drawers, and counter doors. The items look great and function well. The surface of the doors and drawers became stained. I discussed it with the store. Without hesitation and despite already exceeding the allotted return period, they offered to exchange them for new ones. I was amazed and impressed with such outstanding customer service. I will be a continued customer of theirs and will make the effort to encourage others to visit the store. You will not be disappointed.
