History

Established in 2008.

Building, owning and running my own property management company is a result of my progressive property management career of over 26 years. Starting out a long time ago as a roving leasing agent for multi-​family communities, (apartments) to on-​site managing, to regional supervisor of multi-​family communities. From there to Single Family Home management, where I have stayed.

When the market «popped» it was both the best and the worst time to start a business. But doing what I do best and being free to to apply my own philosophy has been a goal obtained. I an blessed to work with great property owners and great tenants. Am I tested at times, of course, it’s dealing with hundreds of personalities, and it is always a learning opportunity.
