History

Established in 2006.

We moved to Telluride in 2005 from Arizona. We became the property managers for the Viking Lodge HOA, and purchased a second unit at the Viking Lodge as an investment. Other Viking owners were impressed with the job we were doing with our rental condo. One by one, owners approached us to manage their condos too. As a result, Telluride Condo Rental & Management (TCRM) was born. We currently manage the caretaking and rentals for twelve properties. As TCRM is expanding and reaching out to homeowners beyond the Viking Lodge, we recognized a need to change our name. The vacation rental aspect of the company in now doing business as «Lodging In Telluride» with our new domain www​.Lodging​In​Tel​luride​.com. Our website was launched in late May and is performing very well. Our new assistant, Georgie, joined us at the end of 2013 and is performing very well.
