Waited 30 mins because no one knew how to void a sale from the customer before me. Was completely ignored. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen to date. Rude people

Worst pharmacy drive through service possible. Stuck between two cars while they fill orders and call insurance companies to verify information. I would have guessed at least one person in the pharmacy had a college education and could figure out how to tell people to walk in while they take 30 min to wait on them. Amazing how you can be left in line to marinate when you can ask the person to please park in front and take care of the issue inside. Maybe some McDonald’s training would benefit them with regards to keeping the line moving. Lame as lame can be. After reading several of these posts I’m not the only one with this issue.

long waits standing in line. most of the people working there… don’t. Workers are always huddled together chatting with each other — good luck finding anything. the ones stuck on registers make it clear they are having a bad life and take it out on you.

An oasis in the middle of the desert… literally. Somehow I got a gnarly sunburn while sitting around the house. I think this was the only place in town that sells aloe. It was amazing. I was also in town for a wedding and because I’m such a great planner, I didn’t get a card… Walgreens was ready for me. It all worked out well.

The store on the whole deserves a 4 or 5, but the pharmacy can be very frustrating, which brings the rating down to 3 for me. I use Walgreens pharmacy because it is convenient, you can fill a prescription at any store nation-wide…but the Tehachapi pharmacy is often very slow. Today I waited on hold for 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone and no one ever did. In the past they have closed early several times to upgrade their computers, without warning. Get your act together, Walgreens! :P
