History

Established in 1985.

Following Owner’s Legal Career of 19-​years working for Law Firms, including two U.S. Presidential Law Firms; Tehachapi Court Services grew out of a dual role of Owner who works as a Telecommute Paralegal (from Encino, CA to Fresno, CA) in tandem with teaching Law to thousands of Paralegals in Los Angeles and Orange Counties the past 27 years. That duality of roles has served thousands of students who were taught not only substantive law; but more importantly – how substantive law must merge with law office procedural practice; and hence, theory met practice. That duality of roles also ensures that Tehachapi Court Services remains on the cutting edge of current law and procedural practice.
