History

Established in 2014.

The Advantage Real Estate Group was formed as an outgrowth of the huge need for folks like you to have a real estate experience they can feel good about.

Our purpose is for you to be so outrageously happy with the help that we provide that you will gladly introduce us to the people you really care about that can use our help. This often happens even before we have completed your transaction.

Our Founder, Sally Lawrence, realized that providing that kind of experience as a single agent really was not possible. Because we are laser focussed on helping you have the best outcome in your real estate transaction, we have implemented systems to help you buy or sell a home that include videos to help you through the process and explain key concepts.

Business Owner

I was originally licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1986 and have held licenses in 5 states over the course of time. That means that I have a unique perspective in understanding real estate transactions in other states. It is vitally important, especially for people that are relocating to or from the area, to work with someone that truly understands your needs.

I love to facilitate learning for people in various fields. I’m passionate about motorcycle safety and have been a RiderCoach in both California and Nevada. I enjoy exploring photography and technology tools and sharing tips on both.

It’s especially nice to combine photography with outdoor pursuits like hiking or bicycling.

Spending time with my dogs, Moby & Jack, my cat, Jules, and friends rounds out my time at home.
