This has to be one of the most scariest nail places in Town. Heard many stories of nail fungus and they don’t care. I went there one time and seeing how they just rinsed out a peda spa didn’t wash it with soap and they used the nail implements for the next client and she didn’t clean her nail implements and didn’t quats them for 15 minutes. So if you want nail fungus go there because I definitely will never go there or recommend this place ever. They say their pedicures are 17 but by the time you leave there you actually paid 35 so they really should just tell you that its really 35.

I was visiting my Mother for the weekend and thought it would be nice to treat her to a pedicure, She is 68 years old and has never had a pedicure before, other than painting her toes herself. It took some convincing, but she finally agreed to go. We were able to walk in with no appointment and no wait. The staff seemed nice the price was right so we picked our colors out and had a seat in the pedicure chairs. Although we specifically requested just a basic pedicure($ 17) we were still handed a pedicure menu to choose which pedicure package we would like($ 22& up) and the basic pedicure didn’t seem to be an option anymore. They became very aggressive, rude, pushy and demanded we choose from the menu. And after all was said and done we DIDNOT receive the pedicure as it was listed on the menu, it was a basic pedicure! They didn’t seem to understand anything we said after we sat down in the chair and pretty much ignored us when we tried to ask any questions. But that isn’t the worst part! Less than a week later my Mother developed fungus under her toenails turning them brownish black. Her Dr. confirmed it was fungus from unsanitary tools used during the pedicure. I have filed a complaint with The Department of Consumer Affairs — Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Do not recommend at all. Thought I would try them since they have new owners. Check out my picture of my infected toe that I posted. Went back to inform them of my infection and now conveniently they don’t speak English. Had to miss work for 2 days and have it drained from the doctor. Have to go back and might loose my nail. STAYAWAY

Worst service ever! I once lived in Tehachapi for a few years and I must say don’t get full set the lady is rough and made my cuticles bleed. I was very unhappy and it seemed like I was always having something fixed on my nails because of all the cheap product they use. Maybe I hold a high standard when it comes to nails but if I am going to pay 30 – 40 dollars I expect good work. Although I do recommend there pedicures there.

Came with my sister as I’m from out of town and I really hope for her sale there’s another place in town. I was in pain and Unilocaled a few times after being stabbed with the tools. Overly rough and didn’t understand any English. Also I noted the lack of sanitation with tools and hope I don’t get an infection from this place. I asked for a design but he didn’t understand me and I left without one. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing and this was far from it

I came from texas/Tennessee so maybe you guys do something different out here. First… no gloves… seriously? Extremely unsanitary. Second… reusing files and clippers etc… Once again extremely unsanitary. Very painful. Don’t understand English well. To be a successful business here ya need to know how to at least understand the language. I get a pedicure at least once a month since the military destroyed my feet. Pedi helps with ingrowns. The old man extremely rough.

I love this place! I’ve been going for over a year now.(Once a month for a pedicure) I have always gotten a pedicure and have never gotten any of their other services so I am speaking to the pedicures only. The younger man is by far my favorite. He is very attentive to every step and does the best sea salt massages on your feet and calves and he does the best designs. If he’s not available, then get the old lady. She’s pretty good too. I have never ever had a problem with them in any regard and would highly recommend them for pedicures. Plus, their massage chairs are awesome also.

Bumping it up because the nails lasted a long time and didn’t break. Back for a fill! Stick with the lady who sits nearest to the TV by the front door, though. The male nail artist didn’t do a very good job, and I watched him dump used product back in with new product. Gross and unsanitary… The Department of Consumer Affairs may be getting a little notice.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. First the woman was pushy and very aggressive. Then she kept hurting my mother in law who was getting her nails done. The owner than refused to take my check because it wasn’t local even though I had a local address to give her. She then charged me 1.00 to use my debit card. The girl doing my pedicure took a box out from behind the top shelf, like it was hidden and the label said«soiled files» and then she proceeded to try and use it on me. They were rude, the work was poor and their attitude was awful! DONOTGO!

The place got busy right after I got there. I was first in line after the 2 ladies already being helped. I chose a polish and was set up in the massage chair where I then waited for nearly an hour. During said wait, 4 more ladies came in and waited. When the older gentleman finally began on my pedicure, it was totally sloppy and rushed. He spent less than 1 minute exfoliating and removing calluses and no more than 2 minutes on the«massage»(if you can even call it that). I nearly skipped the manicure but the man disappeared and reappeared with a water dish for my hands and forcibly thrust my hand into the dish before I knew what was happening. My mani took less than 10 minutes total. This place obviously prefers quantity over quality, but with quality that low, quantity will likely decline. Never going back here, I’d sooner drive into Bakersfield. It was cheap, $ 24 bucks total, I guess you get what you pay for.
