Glamour Salon and Spa

I went to Glamour and tried a new manicurist. She was nice but super expensive. $ 35 gel fill. She said a back fill is $ 45. My other amazing manicurist who moved and was not available at the time charges $ 24 for a pink fill and $ 32 for a back fill. Big difference.

Jillian did a wonderful job on my hair. She understood exactly what I was looking for and my hair came out better than I hoped it would. She was also very friendly. I am planning on making an appointment to get my nails done and if they come out ok, this will be my one stop beauty place. The salon is clean and comfortable.

Torrie is the best!!! I just moved here and found this gem of a hair salon through Unilocal!I was able to get a same day appointment and I couldn’t be more pleased! She must’ve thought I was crazy for how excited I was after seeing my hair! I was bouncing off the walls, it looked so great! Torrie was super nice, even telling me about the local eateries, shops and sites since my husband and I are new to town. If you are looking for a great salon, Glamour is it!!!

This is solely based on my experience getting extensions here with Molly. All of the hair dressers seem excellent as I have a few other friends in the area that go here to get their hair done. But do NOT get extensions, I had to spend hundreds of dollars and 4 hours of my life removing them because of them being improperly installed. The glue was too thick, I was using chunks of my hair and she used too thin of a strand of my hair to the extension. I will never say that the keratin tip extensions are a good option because of how damaging they are… and for the price you pay, definitely not worth it.

I just got one of the best haircuts and color in my life.
I kept hearing that I needed to get a haircut from Olesya Oskay or «O» at Glamour Salon. «Her cuts and colors are amazing» they said but as if that isn’t enough, «when she washes your hair you get the most fabulous massage of your life».
I went into the salon because my boyfriend decided he would give her a try. I watched the attention to detail for a simple men’s haircut and I was amazed and sure enough he raved about the head neck massage he got when she washed his hair.
Ok Ok I gotta have the experience too, it can’t possibly be as amazing as everyone is saying!
I made my appointment and got a confirming reminder a day in advance. When I arrived to my appointment she greeted me with the such a warm smile, like she was happy to see me and it was HER pleasure to cut my hair. Wow, its apparent this woman loves her job!
She instantly understood my hair. She consulted with me, prior beginning the cut and color, and suggested several things that she thought would be complimentary to my face shape. We decided on the cut and color and she began her work. «O» explained everything she was doing. She even took time to show me how to «get the look» by holding the brush a certain way when blow drying. She had me practice in front of her so we both were sure I could do it, and she showed me how to protect my hair from damage along with several other tips.
Seriously, she worked her magic and now, I’ve gotten more body, more zip, more sass. Who knew?! As a matter of fact, more than a few people have complimented me on my new cut and several have referred to it as «sassy» and «so cute»…
I highly recommend «O»! Go see her, I say once you do, you will be raving like all the rest of us!
By the way, this salon is sooo cute and such a great atmosphere, the owner is a doll and everyone in that salon looks genuinely happy to be there.
