I told Brian that I needed a camera that would take tv quality video for an event I had to film. He sold me a refurbished camera. Brian set the settings on the camera and installed an SD card. The video from that camera had wavy black and purple lines and was very grainy (noise). Brian at first said it was because I used the wrong SD card (although he chose the card). Then he said I should have taken a class. Then he said I could get an editor to fix the footage. He sold me a damaged camera and he knows it. He illegally refused to give me a refund on damaged merchandise. He offered a partial refund and charged me a day rental fee. I cannot use the footage I took, and wasted a day of my time using a malfunctioning camera.
