Had problems with my phone, the last store that I went took out my memory chip cleaned it off and then told me she lost all of my memory. I could not believe what happened and the sales lady told me she was sorry. I walked out in a daze and I drove to Verizon Wireless on rt.4 west in Paramus and was greeted at the door by Patrick. He told me that they would try to fix it and if they could not he promised I would walk out with a new reasonable priced phone. After 20 minutes of him conferring with the 2 managers Jose and Rey they decided to give me a new phone that was priced right for me. These guys were a unbelievable. They also spent time and retrieved my contacts(667) from the«cloud». These 3 guys were great. Would not go anywhere else. Steve S.

I went here today because I was having a problem with my charger on my phone. When I walked in the store I was approached by several employees asking if I needed help. When I told them I was having a problem with my charger and needed help I was immediately blown off. I guess most of the staff work on commission and feel helping a customer with a charger isn’t worth their time. I was told by one of the three employees camped out at the front door that the chargers are over there(he pointed to an entire wall of accessories) and that was all the help I got. Had somebody helped me they would have discovered that in fact it wasn’t my charger that was the problem but the actual phone itself!!! I didn’t give them the opportunity to find that out because after being left completely alone and not even acknowledged by the three people who walked by me or the three people standing around doing nothing I left!!! I went to a smaller wireless store where I was actually helped by an employee and ordered a new phone from them!!!

I came to buy a cable to hook my phone up to my computer. My photos had mysteriously disappeared from my gallery but the storage reflected that they had to be on there somewhere, so I asked one of the people working here for help locating them. He told me that they were gone, like forever. I told him the storage reflected otherwise, but this didn’t seem to register. I really don’t know how you can work at a Verizon store and not understand this, but whatever. I just hope no one else has gone in with a similar problem and believed that their photos are gone!

I give this store one star only because of the help you receive from the service men. As far as everything else goes I will never return to this store. For example: I upgraded to a new phone and I purchased two accessories from one of the service men. My phone had to be shipped to me so I left the accessories at the store until my phone arrived a couple of days later. I did not pay for the accessories at that time. Upon my return to set up my phone I purchased a different set of accessories from a different service man. These I paid for. The others we’re supposed to be returned to stock. When I received my bill a couple of weeks later I found that they charged me for the accessories I did not purchase. When I called Verizon about the charge they called the store and they told him I must have taken them because they did not have them. What a crock. There is a word for them, thieves. Never the less I received a credit two billing cycles later after calling them again. If you do go here whatever you buy take with you. You’ll be happy you did. Never again.
