Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Alex Caviness is a PMP (project management professional) certified by PMI (Project Management Institute). He has 25 years of experience in the construction business and comes from a long line of builders.

At age 24 he began contracting Home Improvement and commercial renovation projects under the name of Cavco Construction. After being in business for 10 years family obligations forced him to acquire positions with other companies as a project manager managing projects with an average value of 12.5M dollars.

After completing several projects at Hoffman La Roche, Mr. Caviness decided it was time to get back to what he loved doing most: helping people through the construction process. As a result of his wide-​ranging experience, Mr. Caviness has learned how to take big project practices and procedures and apply them effectively to smaller projects to achieve greater success. Mr. Caviness has added the GPRO Construction Certification from the Urban Green Council, USGBC New York.
