Flowers were left on the front porch in the sun were they stayed for 5 hours until I got home. I don’t know how they originally looked but they didn’t look great after sitting in 90 degree weather. When I called, they seemed put out but did offer to deliver another bouquet.

I have been treated fair for several years. The arrangements are beautiful, fresh and competitively priced.

I came to this shop with $ 150 for funeral flowers… I handed them the money and said do what you can with this. When I arrived at the viewing the arrangement was there and it was AMAZING! I was blown away by the colors, size and beauty of the flowers and what they were able to do with $ 150! I will use them again! Thanks so much Tulip Tree!

What a bunch of assholes. This company clearly doesn’t value their customers nor do they care to KEEP their customers business. They will send you dry, wilted, and rotting flowers. According to them their«protocol» is that if you are not home they will leave your flowers with some total stranger. Funny how I called other florists and said they would never do that. These people are rude and very disrespectful to you when you are calm trying to explain the condition of their flowers aren’t acceptable especially for what was paid for them. FIRSTANDLAST time ever doing business here. Don’t waste your money, find somewhere else.

I LOVE Tulip Tree. Fran is beyond friendly, and her flowers last FOREVER. We recently purchased a business, and as a congratulations I ordered a fresh arrangement with sunflowers. 2 weeks later and they look just a fresh as the day I picked them up. We will be using Tulip Tree for all our future flower needs.

I love my local florist! Fran and crew have never let me down, even on short notice. One of my favorite holiday traditions is a delightful Christmas bouquet. A few years ago, I decided at the last minute to get my Mom an arrangement for her February 10 birthday. Well, of course they were swamped getting ready for Valentine’s Day, but no one even flinched at my request. Spent some quality time with the assistants as they finished their duty of clipping and wiring roses, then put together a unique arrangement for me.

Fran was so nice! I needed a corsage and boutineer for a dance my son decided last minute to attend. She made both for me in 30 minutes, with a smile on her face. They turned out absolutely beautiful. The price was fabulous too. I will go see her with all my future floral needs.

Stopped in for a floral arrangement for a funeral and was pleasantly surprised at the prices, the good people that work there(own?) and the mastiff/boxer mascot that resides there. We ordered our floral arrangement to arrive on the day of the funeral(not thinking of the viewing the day before) and they somehow knew when to have it at the mortuary. Our flowers were lovingly displayed by the casket when we arrived at the viewing. What a kind gesture that was, and above and beyond what my husband and I had expected/requested. We will definitely return and suggest to friends and family. Toll free:

If I could give negative stars I would! I went in to order flowers for my wedding about a month before and was told that they only needed a week notice before placing an order(actually they said a minimum of 3 days, but I didn’t want to cut it that close). I came back a week before my wedding date and we went over what was in season, my colors, the arrangement. I left feeling confident that they would turn out great. On my wedding day my friend went to pick the flowers up, and they didn’t have anything ready! Tulip Tree ended up bringing the flowers to me at my wedding site(about an hr and half late), and they looked horrible! The lilies didn’t look fresh and half the flowers I wanted were missing. When my husband called to complain they told him that I had picked a bunch of flowers that weren’t in season(after I had already talked to the florist about what was in season and what wasn’t) and that the brown spots on the lilies were pollen! I’m not stupid, they forgot about my order and tried to B. S it at the last minute. If I had seen the flowers prior to picking them up(my friend grabbed them for me since I was taking wedding photos), I would have refused them and asked for my money back. They did offer me a $ 100 refund, but the flowers weren’t worth what I did pay.
