Hello!
I fell in love with health and fitness at a young age. All throughout my highschool and college years I wanted to pass on my passion to others. This is why I started bootkemp! The discipline members gain from training with Bootkemp will aid them in all aspects of their life.
In 2014 I graduated from Eastern Michigan with a bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Human Nutrition. I take pride in following my passion throughout my college career and was always told to pursue what I love. So here it is! BOOTKEMP! Invest in results!
