Today my husband and I went in to buy our daughter a shower gift off of her registry. This is our first grandchild so this was kind of new to us. We were met by a lady named Carol. She had us take a seat and spent at least 30 minutes taking care of us. Carol bent over backwards looking for a stroller that wasn’t available but she found one. We got it at a great price and shipped to us for free. Carol you are what we call a customer service star. Thank you so much

I think the last reviewer was being terribly unrealistic. The store is not depressing at all. In fact, I don’t think it invokes any kind of raw emotion because it is just your every day baby store, just like any other. NO baby store has a huge selection of infant seats. Each brand has a half dozen models each year… it would take too much time and space to stock them all. I agree that their cribs are too expensive, but that is not really up to Babies R Us as much as it is up to the manufacturers. My biggest complaint about this BRU is that it can be difficult to find what you are looking for if you don’t go very often. It seems like there is no rhyme or reason to the way the store is set up. They have small items separated by rows of car seats and play yards… I feel like they should just have one part of the store set up in aisles for all of their small merchandise like a grocery store, and devote areas of the store to bigger ticket items. Also, they have an entire corner of the store devoted to merchandising baby shoes. For real? Baby shoes? Most people don’t even spend money on that kind of junk. I want to be able to find butt cream and actual practical things, not a spotlighted pair of shoes that my kid will grow out of as soon as I buy them. Other than that, BRU regularly has excellent sales and they do make an effort to be helpful and organized. I don’t know what the last reviewer was talking about.

This place will make you not want to have a baby, it is that depressing. First of all, selection is very limited. The customer service was very subpar. Strange they have these big set ups for«baby registry» and«order furniture» area, they really should focus on the selection of items. Also, the furniture is not affordable at all, unless you want to pony up $ 400+ for a crib… no wonder they have the«order furniture» area, yeah what a joke. Slim pickings for infant carseats. But then again, even Walmart had about the same selection. So where should you shop for baby? , yeah that’s right.
