if you’re looking for an amazing place on the water, with trees overhead, friendly service, decent food, great atmosphere, this is it. bikers, boaters, elderly tourists all together. love it. Dog-friendly and smoking allowed outside as well.

Great food mostly burgers and fries food but it wall all satisfactory. This is really your neck of the woods small town eatery. Right on the lake boat and biker friendly with live music. Mostly all outdoors though and service could be slow but it was enjoyable.

Got there at 6:45 pm, left at 8:50 pm. It took 30 minutes to just get ice tea. Then a little more than an hour to get food. The menu is mostly just deep fried. We had the fried shrimp, clam strips and kids corn dog bites. The food was mediocre. Add fried pickles, two ice tea and a lemonade and the bill was $ 44 after tax. Felt ripped off. We were there so long the sun went down then we were mobbed by bugs flying in our faces. I ended up swallowing a bug and my son was out way past his bedtime. I guess an hour to eat is too much of an expectation for this dive.

Cole slaw and nachos were okay. Grilled chicken sandwich was not good. It was tuff, under seasoned, and, had gristle. First time it arrived the chicken was completely raw in the center. The server seem shocked and apologized. The server was nice and the reason this review was a 3 instead of a 2. Everyone in my party had burgers and liked them.

This is a good place to pull up to on your boat and have a drink and a bite. Down home Florida experience? You’ve found the real thing if you’ve made it to this little spot, accessed best via the Lake.

Great rural Florida ambiance. Wonderful character waitress… trying the legendary burger… great beer selection and fries… Loved the Burger and Fries… Really low key… really casual… really good, basic food…

Service can be slow but the location makes up for it. Our favorite place to bring out of town guests for a taste of real Florida. Food is good but portions are small and prices are high. People are very friendly and you can boat to the restaurant they’ve got a dock. Great old live oaks and Spanish moss for a great frame around your view of Lake Harris.
