So I finally get a call back, they said they were on vacation! (The whole place, for weeks???) So I made an appt for the following thurs, sure enough, they called 1he before my appt saying the massage therapist called in sick… however, I call bluff, they probably couldn’t get someone to come in since they don’t really have a «staff». Too many other reviews have said the same thing. I said I wanted a manager to call me because I have a gc that I don’t want to waste! And have not heard back, it’s been over a few weeks… unacceptable.

The salon itself is huge. From the streets it definitely hidden so unless you hear about it word of mouth, you wouldn’t know about it. You walk into a large lobby with high top tables and chairs on the sign of the hostess stand and to the right of the high top tables are the hairdresser stations. Before going in for your massage then bring you into a little private room in the back that is setup sort of like a living room, where you can sit in these big comfy chairs to begin your relaxing process. The massages rooms are small, but decorated cutely and everything is so clean.
I had Jen and she was fabulous,… poor girl had to work so many knots out of my back, but thank god for her because I felt great afterward. I’ll definitely be back to get more massages at Kiara’s and possibly venture back to get my hair styled there.
$ 50 for a half hour massage or $ 70 for an hour? Just pay it, because its worth the extra $ 20.
