Booked a bus trip through them and the 3+ hour ride up in negative temperatures there was no heat on the bus??? Many people complained but bus driver just kept saying that the heat was ‘on full blast.’ What a miserable ride up and after 2 hours we finally warmed up enough to start skiing. Will never book through crossed sabers and I don’t advise anyone else to do so

This place is very honest and they have thieves working there!!! I took my bike to get handle bar tape only to have it returned to me without my cyclo computer when I asked them about it the employee tried to lie and tell me he was the owner and he didn’t care if I went to the cops!!! Do not take your property here!!! They are thieves!!! And just because of the way they dealt with this situation they will be hearing from me again!!! THIEVES!!!
