Yourico Construction

Yourico Construction did a great job constructing St. Mary’s Assyrian Church of East located in Encino CA. After seeing his work at the Church I used Yourico Construction at my house and they did an excellent job there as well.

Youra came over and looked at my house after another vendor recommended him (she raved about the church he rebuilt in their neighborhood after a devastating fire). Less than 24 hours later — he drove all the way over on a Saturday morning to take a look at our flooring /​drainage damage. Unlike other contractors (who basically tried to freak me out and pressure me into letting them rip up floors ASAP) — Youra spent a good amount of time examining my problem, then basically said that it was not the major issue that other contractors had told me and to just keep an eye on the area (and that he’d come back to check on how things were shaping up in a few months). And he didn’t ask for a dime for his time. So nice, so experienced, so honest. HIGHLY recommend him.
