I’m sooooooo excited and over the moon with my new lashes from Karen. She’s hand down a perfectionist. And being a artist myself this woman’s got talent and a eye unlike I’ve ever seen. Stop everything your doing and go to this woman now for lashes!!! You’ll be so happy you did!

I have been going to Karen for a little over a year now and my hair is the healthiest it has been in years! She definitely has the «it» factor when it comes to creating healthy and manageable natural hair. I love how she takes her time with clients. I have asked her on numerous occasions…“do you have another client coming in soon?” At most salons I feel that once I am in the chair we have to move right along as if I were on a production line… get in get out. But with Karen it’s not like that. She takes her time and makes you feel so relaxed and special as if you are her only client for the day. She is like that with EACH and every one of her clients… I have seen her in action.
Now let’s talk about my lashes… OMG! She is the BEST! when it comes to lashes. She is quick but very, very, very precise. She wants to make sure you look your absolute best when you walk out the door. I had my lashes done before, by Karen, and wanted them removed after a while. I respect the fact she is a business owner and my decision to no longer receive this service would impact her income, so we talked about it first and then moved forward with the removal. Did she get upset? Heck no! She continued to treat me as nice and special as before. I called her recently to have my lashes put back on and guess what? No problem! She did it… no questions asked!
Every time I leave Karen’s chair I receive a multitude of compliments! I absolutely LOVE her!
Overall you can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to give them exactly what they want. If it is a style or service she thinks would not be a good fit for you she is very honest about it. Some hairstylist are about the almighty dollar but not Karen. She is all about you! She is the best hairstylist in the Valley! So happy to have found her!

Karen is truly a miracle worker! I absolutely love her and her services! I’ve been going to Karen now for 8 months every single week for my hair treatment, hair extentions and eyelash extentions and let me tell you she is THE BEST! I wouldn’t dare go to another stylist! She has really given me life, I’ve gotten a boost of confidence since everywhere I go I’m getting compliments on my eyelashes and hair. On the recommendation of a friend, I came to Karen for a haircut and style, and loved the result. I’d been suffering hair loss for the past few months as well, and I signed up for her deep hair conditioning program. A month later and the results — my hair is filling out at the temples, growing out at the ends and much, much more manageable. My hair looks and feels fantastic. And, she’s just a wonderful person to spend an hour with! The shop is conveniently located half a mile from the freeway exit, there’s plenty of street parking on Van Nuys, and just a great experience, overall.

Got my eyelash extensions done and they look and feel absolutely fabulous! I’ve received so many complements on how natural they look. This process has even helped my own lashes grow and thicken. I would recommend anyone to get them done by Karen. She was patient and caring with me and made me comfortable through out the whole process. Finally! A stylist that is talented, professional and welcoming in the Valley. Karen focuses on the health of the hair that is great, as well as the latest styles that fit me. I also walked away with lashes (flairs) which was nice to not have to go elsewhere for that appointment. Karen even fixed my lashes right away when some fell off after I vigorously scrubbed my face. I felt really ridiculous having to get them repaired until Karen convinced me not to worry about it and would fix them right away. Next time I think I will get Karen to put on her individual lashes.
I’ve already had three appointments with Karen and get complements every where I go. I recently got a color and trim. My husband really likes it. And what’s more is that Karen hasn’t double booked me so I’m in & out.

Karen does an excellent job with my hair. I always get compliments; people consistently ask who does my hair. I have mixed hair that is super wavy and very fine. Karen always makes it look full, smooth and healthy! Parking is easy. Service is great and quick. Love the Happy Hour!
