Denise is a true professional that has a way of making you feel comfortable during the treatment. I just bought two additional treatments for spider vein removal and have had remarkable results thus far.

This is my first review ever on Unilocal.I had sclerotherapy done on my legs for spider vein removal. I had a groupon, and when I called I was able to get a same day appointment. From the person who answered my call to the two sweet girls who performed the procedure (shout out to Sharon and Denise), it was a home run all the way. This clinic confirmed with me before I purchased the product that they work on saturdays, but they actually don’t, they are very rude, the don’t return my calls, and the only thing the lady told me were «theres nothing I can do for u I dont have a nurse for saturday».
I dont even know how to get my money back. Do not work with this company anymore is traumatize experience.
And I wonder whats gonna happened since they dont have enough professionals to work there.
DONT GO THERE! SAVE YOURSELF!

Very clean and friendly staff, though, I too purchased a Groupon for 6 sessions. I’ve used 4 sessions and have been rescheduled every single appt at least once, if not 3 times! I need Saturday appts since I have a toddler and my husband is home on the weekends. When I purchased the Groupon I was under the impression open on Saturdays meant they were open on Saturdays. I have had as long as 3 ½ months between treatments, which should be done every 6 – 8 weeks for optimal results. I’ve yet to see any results. When I called to speak to the manager I was told to make a weekday appt and this wouldn’t happen. Are you kidding me?!! This is horrible customer service and a waste of money and time. I guess the Groupon is a good way to get people in to get through the whole 6 sessions with no results, so you will pay full fee for extra treatments. I could’ve spent the money on Mach 3 blades!

I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal for this place because I saw nothing but positive reviews. Unfortunately of the six or so session that I’ve had here I can honestly say I’ve only had one positive experience. EVERY time I go in someone different does the treatment, I schedule evening appointments (I work in LA) and on three occasions I have been called the day before my appointment to reschedule «no one is available to cover that shift» So why schedule the appointment in the first place??? This lack of consistency in treatment is NOT conducive for successful hair removal!

I frequently buy my wife gift certificates for facials. This is her number one favorite gift. I got a notificaton for a Groupon special for 3 facials, so I thought I would give this certificate a try. Thank you laser image, my wife is falling in love with me all over again, LOL. She has now used 2 facials with Marcia and she comes out of the sesson just glowing, both her smile and her radiant face.
Prior to buying the certificate I called the office just to make sure they might have availablity that would work with my wife’s very busy executive schedule. The woman on the phone was so pleasant and helpful. She checked with one of the facialist to see if they could accomodate any appointments around 6pm.
My wife was pleased that the visit didn’t involve the super pressure upselling to other products or services. After her experience she is actually planning on buying additional facials and probably some laser hair removal services.
I took her to her last appointment and found the office space to seem very relaxing. While it is not the same as a spa, it has a very simple relaxing eleqance. 5 stars all the way!
Thank you Laser Image for giving my wife a wonderful experience, this should keep me out of the dog house for a long time, LOL.

I had a groupon and went to get a facial by Marcia. She was great, friendly and did a wonderful facial. The next day someone commented that my face was glowing! I went back on groupon a bought the package for 3 facials. I can’t wait to go back.
I also purchased the Vitamin C serum which makes my face look like I had a facial everyday. It’s the best product well worth $ 60 bucks!

Today was my 4^th visit to the Laser Image for Laser Hair Removal and I don’t know why I waited so long to do this!!! Being a woman of color, I had to be careful about where I went, who does it, and what laser they use~I made the right choice!
The office is clean and serene, the staff is professional, compassionate, and helpful, Shawnee (Sp?) RoCkS! So far my results have been better than I’d hoped. After the first treatment, my armpits were pretty much bare, my bikini area is a little more stubborn-​as expected. I have a couple patchy spots where the hair has cycled back in, but seriously, I am talking like 20 hairs! I hadn’t been using the numbing cream and it really was only mildly uncomfortable. Today I bought the cream, and I asked myself again, why did I wait to get that?! LOL.
Probably 20 minutes for 2 armpits and bikini line, so you’re in and out. No adverse affects, reddening, or rash from the laser either. I do apply otc cortisone, just in case, but doubt if I really need it.
I cannot attest to any other procedures as I haven’t had any done here, but I HIGHLY recommend laser hair removal.
BTW don’t go if you are anywhere near your cycle, trust me on this! lol

I went to another Laser facility with no results. It was amazing that in just a few treatments I already see a significant amount of hair loss. The facility is pristine with a friendly staff. Cindy was terrific in walking me through the whole process. She is caring, knowledgeable, and is also great in giving botox. I lost my wrinkles without loosing all of my expression. Thank you Cindy.

I got in as a result of a groupon offer that was such a great deal, I expected it to be too good to be true. At the very least, I thought the service would be compromised because I was paying much less than what would normally be the going rate. I can sincerely report that this is a top notch business, the staff completely rocks, and the nurses treat you with a great deal of respect, no matter what deal you have. The other thing is, they know their s*** and are very careful and meticulous.
The best part, after 4 treatments, the hair covering my chin is almost all gone, and I have had zero side effects from the laser. You could not ask for a better place to serve you. Thanks you guys!!!

I bought two groupons for laser hair removal and have decided to use them for a full brazilian. I didn’t buy the numbing cream at first so it was rather painful, but aside from that it was as good of an experience as possible! Cherry was really friendly and professional with the whole process, so I felt very comfortable. The entire office was also very clean and sanitary. The results after one laser treatment are obvious too, so I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent & knowlegable service & staff! I highly reccomend velashape treatment (the best value anywhere in LA!)!
