Rita is the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. We were referred to her a couple years ago for our home insurance policy, and we have never thought about changing agents since. When our family was going through a time of transition, she was extremely helpful in helping us make adjustments to our policies to fit our budget. I most recently reached out to her for a commercial general liability policy for my business, and she was able to help me get a competitive quote within the same business day. We can’t thank her enough for her help!

I have been with Allstate all of my driving life and for the past two years Rita has been my agent and I have to say it’s the best decision I have ever made! I would never go to anyone else. I have been in one accident and leased two cars, and Rita just makes everything so easy and simple! Just three weeks ago i was at the dealership trying to get my new car and I forgot my insurance card. I called Rita and within 10 minutes it was emailed to me and the deal was sealed.
She really makes you feel like no matter what, everything is going to be ok!
Not only does she help me with me car insurance but she also helped me set up a great life insurance policy.

Rita herself knows what she’s doing when it comes to insurance, my past agent weren’t really clear of how much coverage I need or what I was really covered her. Now that Rita took the time to explain everything and what coverage’s I need to protect my family and I also our assets as well! I cant thank her enough she even beat the price I had with my old life insurance policy. I could finally ease down knowing am fully covered

Rita has been the agent for our State Farm HOA master policy for several years. Until I suffered water damage as a result of a leak in a pipe in my town-​home, I did not have any contact with her except to send payment for the HOA’s annual premium. When I did need her help and advice in how to get State Farm to respond to my claim, she was just as difficult to contact as the State Farm adjuster. I had to call her office several times, leaving messages with both Rita’s office staff (who did the best they could) and on her voice mail before finally hearing from her. She did manage to conference me in to the State Farm adjuster who was supposedly handling my claim (only took them 10 days and my continual calls to finally send someone out to my home!). Since the 3-​way call had a poor connection, the adjuster advised me he would call me later that day (big surprise… I didn’t hear from him and had to track him down the next day). And, not surprisingly, haven’t heard anything from Rita either! She couldn’t even bother to follow up with me to see if I had resolved my issues with State Farm (and, no, I haven’t). Both State Farm and Rita should definitely get awards for the providing the worst customer service.
Thank goodness my individual Homeowner’s policy is through Automobile Association of America (AAA) as they responded immediately and had water remediation services over to my place pronto. I am so thankful that I learned how poorly I would be treated by both Rita and State Farm with a relatively small claim because I can’t even begin to imagine what I would have had to deal with if it had been a catastrophic claim. Thank you AAA for making me realize that customer service is so much more important than saving a few bucks!

I must say… it’s hard to find a good insurance agent. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Rita. She has been extremely helpful in helping us with all of our insurance needs. When we need her, she’s there without question. Takes the time to answer our questions thoroughly. I recommend her to everyone I know. She’s the best.

The absolute best and most attentive agent ever! I went through three different agents and they all made me frustrated with their lack of follow ups. I never felt like I needed to chase Rita. I always got a follow up call from her or from someone in her office. I not only got my auto insurance from her but I ended up switching my life insurance and my health insurance to her. So relieved to have found her!
