Not recommending Property Management Solutions at all. The owner Jo Anne Jellin doesn’t even have the manners to run such an establishment. I cannot find anything nice to say about this company. I do however feel that I need to let innocent people know about it, so people know what they are up against.

Property Management Solutions is by far the best management company I could hope for. Jo Ann Jelin runs her properties in a very business-​like, professional manner. She is much more involved than most management companies, is at every board meeting we have, and is a real problem-​solver. Unfortunately, part of her business requires her to send letters to owners who violate the homeowner’s association laws, or has to send foreclosure notices to people who don’t pay their dues. These are probably the same people who wrote the negative reviews. Don’t believe them.
I’m thinking about buying another condo, but my only hesitation is that Jo Ann won’t be the property manager, and I’m concerned that the homeowner’s association won’t be well-​managed because of it.

I would give PMS and Joann Jellin ZERO stars if I could. STAY AWAY! I want to echo similar complaints made by other condo owners.
She never returns calls;
Does not have an email address;
We are the client and makes us feel like she is doing us a favor – no customer service;
Ignores requests for emergencies;
Your investment (home) is not her priority, stay away if you care about your home;
You pay a high monthly fee for NO service.
STAY AWAY!

Well, we here at Cedros are now happy campers. JOANN AND PMS ARE GONE.
She ask for a raise and when she didn’t get it, she left. RESIGNED.
All the rest of you unhappy home owners should try something like this.

When one thinks of Jo Ann Jelin the ‘C’ word immediately comes to mind — if you’ve had the displeasure of dealing with her and Property Management Solutions, aptly abbreviated PMS, then you’ll be able to know which adjective I’m referring to. Other adjectives that come to mind for Ms. Jelin include: incompetent and antagonistic.
I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with Jo Ann because my boss’ condo complex hired PMS about one and half years ago, and have recently switched Management companies because mostly everyone in his complex was so irate over Jo Ann Jelin’s control. She takes over and puts in all her own people, most of which are as incompetent as she is. The condo complex may be seeking arbitration against one of her contractors, Paul, because he came in and messed up gutters and decks and made a leaking problem worse. On top of that, he painted at least one deck the wrong color and never returned to fix it — I mean how difficult is it to paint a green deck green again, not gray?
In addition, there are major leaks in the condo PMS managed, and they continually delayed fixing it and just kept on getting estimates, without actually doing anything. The leak was there when Jo Ann came in 1 ½ years ago, and 1 ½ years later nothing has been done about it. Also, during the heat of the summer, Jo Ann made a condo owner wait over 2 weeks to replace his A/​C, tying him up by bureaucratic red tape, instead of helping him take care of the problem. Why? Because she doesn’t have a care in the world for the owners and residents she manages.
Jo Ann does not return phone calls — you have to hound her office just to get a simple answer on anything. And on many occasions she apparently doesn’t come in to the office until 2:00 or 3:00pm, according to her office staff. Also she refuses to give out her email, and then when you happen to get it, she never responds to emails either (in this day and age, who doesn’t respond to emails, or return calls for that matter?).
Jo Ann Jelin and Property Management Solutions will take your money and do absolutely nothing and cause you all kinds of stress (there was mention that PMS had 30% higher HOA fees than the previous management co. — yes, 30% for 100% more stress and problems).
I would highly recommend staying as far away from PMS and Jo Ann Jelin as possible. There are far better management companies out there, and I would go so far as to say PMS is one of the worst.
While I normally won’t link to other reviews pages, since there are only 2 reviews (1 filtered) on Unilocal and word needs to get out about PMS, I implore you to check out Insider Pages reviews on PMS, and they mention Jo Ann Jelin specifically:

I have had nothing but problems with this company, they have been a nightmare and i wish i could get out.
It makes me think twice about owning a condo, and it makes me wonder why i pay them $ 450 for association every month when they do absolutely nothing for me! They take so long to return phone calls and when they finally do they talk down to you and make you feel dumb for even bringing up an issue that they should fix.
But I guess it makes sense… their initials are P.M.S.
