I’ve had nothing but good experiences during my visits to Dr Walters over the past two years. She has proven herself to me by treating several foot conditions and an injury. Dr Walters was compassionate and kind in the process. I have to mention, upon reading another reviewers ridiculous comment, the picture in Tarzana Wound Cares office is of her and the other Doctor who practices there, (not her girlfriend, LOL). She also offered her professional opinion when Dr Walters was treating and uncommon toe injury I sustained.

I’ve been coming to this office for about 6 months now. I found out about it from my medical insurance. Dr Francine Nazarian took me as an emergency when my big toe got an ingrown toenail that became infected.
She’s a very good doctor. Fixed my toenail and got rid of my calouses.
I come monthly. No problems with insurance, over billing, or getting an appointment.

Terrible doctor. First she has a Large picture of herself and her girlfriend in her waiting room which is bizarre. Second she told me 4 – 6 mos to treat my toenail fungus. At 6 mos the Rt great toe was obviously reinfected and she was the only one who had cut it so her tools are dirty and not sterile. Third she charged $ 100 out of pocket on my 3rd visit because it was a new yr and I had not met my deductible yet. She overcharged and when I tried to get my refund she tacked on more fees so she wouldn’t have to pay me. It took another 6 mos to get my fungus healed after her disgusting care and a yr later that Rt toenail is still not normal. Just go somewhere else! She’s unprofessional and plain dirty.

Avoid this podiatrist/​foot doctor’s office! The doctor and staff are unprofessional. Her fees are outrageous. Insurance was billed and paid for procedures which were not performed. Will not return.
