I will update this post when I am done with my first course but I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to better themselves. Dr. Manejeh (I might totally be spelling her name wrong) is an excellent teacher and her vibes are great. I took this course initially because I had issues with test anxiety and just anxiety in general that I have accumulated from the amount of stress I have been putting on myself lately but so far it has helped and from what I have heard from those around me in the course (nurses, lawyers, mothers and fathers, doctors, people in physical pain/​have illnesses, people with ADD, people trying to lose weight, other students etc etc. etc.) it has left a positive impact on all of us.
