I was surprised by this law firm Dr. Michael moghtader who worked on my nephew case to help him to come to USA with reasonable fee and shortest time [possible.

I contacted Mr. Moghtader to discuss my case. The office mentioned I need to buy consultation time. So i did. It was supposed to be a 30 minutes time frame. Most of my questions were answered with yes or no. there was not too much information how you can do it yourself. Anyway we decided to give the case to Dr. Moghtader. He quotes us a price and we accepted that. So we ask the office for contract. A few days later, after a few follow up the office mentioned the charge is twice as much as Dr. mentioned in the consultation session. They said it needs an extra process that they thought we will do that ourselves. They never send any contracts and we just wasted our consultation fee. Their fee was way more than anybody else.

After searching for the right Attorney I came across Mr. Moghtader. I needed the right person who would understand me. My immigration case was handled very well and in a timely matter. He always kept me informed with the whole filing process, statues changes and any news, and made sure I knew what was going on.
I knew from the moment I met him I was in good hands. He was very patient and knowledgeable about answering all my questions.
