Mattress Stop

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to check these guys out. Walked in and was greeted right away by Ramin. Super friendly and helpful during the process. We started from the basic models and moved our way up until I found what I was looking for. The mattress was in my home 48hrs later with great white glove service. Couldn’t be more pleased and feel I received a great deal.

I feel the pricing is fair for this brand. I saved about $ 100 – 200. Ramin offers price matching as well. He showed me other stores online prices for the same set too!

My mattress was delivered before promised and the delivery guys did a great job! They even waited for me to vacuum under the bed before they put the new one down! I could not be happier! Fabulous customer service!

I couldn’t have had a better experience. This is the kind of mattress store you go looking for but think you won’t find … excellent service, good product and competitive prices. I’ve slept on my new mattress for over a week now and it’s great. I knew enough going in that I could price match, and the price was right there with Internet prices. Ramin was knowledgeable and super courteous and let me try out lots of mattresses for a long time, no hurry at all.
I was also very impressed with the delivery guys, they came at the right time and were very efficient while still being careful. They took special care to not scratch my wood floor when assembling the new bed frame, which they brought with special feet just as promised.
I never thought buying a mattress could go so smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ramin was awesome, super knowledgeable and extremely helpful since I was buying a mattress for my wife and I without my wife present. I chose the MLily Bliss 15 inch in King, got a great price and had the mattress delivered in a couple days. This was by far the best experience I have had buying a mattress EVER. Plus, my wife absolutely LOVES the mattress, as do I; she is practically euphoric because it is sooooo comfy. Thanks Ramin!

I decided with my new move I really needed a new matress. My sister and I had been to numerous stores trying mattresses and comparing prices. We both had found mattresses we loved, but in no way loved the prices we were encountering.
We picked up our keys over the weekend and figured while we were in our new neighborhood we would try out this location based on the amazing Unilocal reviews. Upon arriving we were greeted by Ramin. We explained our individual matress needs (which are completely different) and Ramin let us wander and try every matress in our personal needs. Once we each picked out our mattresses Ramin encouraged us to lay on them longer to make sure we were happy. No pressure sales what so ever.
Not only did we find the perfect fit, we saved over $ 1000 shopping here. Free delivery too. I’m so happy with my purchase that I will have Ramin help me purchase the rest of the furniture I need!

We had gone to Sit N Sleep looking for a new mattress. While that salesman was avid, and seemed to know his product, we just weren’t sure how much of the price was markup from the store name.
A quick Google search and excellent Unilocal reviews led me to Mattress Stop in Tarzana.
Ramin is an impressive salesman. His happy, easy attitude as well as his comprehensive knowledge of every part of every mattress in his store made our time there so much better! We told him what we needed, and he showed us a bed. We laid down and tested it out while Ramin left us to relax and turn and discuss. He repeated this process several times over, showing us the various construction techniques and bed models in several lines.
We did end up with the very first bed we tried, the same brand as his best selling mattress, but the firmer model. It was comfortable in the store, and we feel pretty confident in it as we returned to it after we tried each of the other brands, and we both agreed it was the best mattress for us in all ways. The price was exceedingly good, so we added some quality sheets, as we are getting a different size than before.
Delivery will be on Wednesday. But I can say right now that all in all, this was the most pleasant purchase of a necessary, high cost item I have ever had. And Leo is a doll. Hi, Leo!

Quick, easy and great customer service! Called several mattress stores and they gave me the run-​around. Called Ramin at the Mattress Stop… told him I wanted a box spring for $ 130 or less and needed it delivered asap. He beat the price and gave it to me for $ 120, including white glove delivery where they remove your old box spring and install your new one. Very happy customer!

After reading all the great Unilocal reviews, my wife and I decided to head into Mattress Stop and shop around. Ramin was quick to help us, and give us plenty of information, without being pushy, which was a big plus for us. He lead us through trying out pretty much every bed in the store, and even going as far as explaining how all the spring and memory foam systems work, which was pretty cool. Eventually we decided on a Simmons Beauty Rest Hybrid, which is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. When it came time to figure out our payment options, my wife and I were really excited to find out how competitive their prices were. We saved almost $ 1000 off the price we would have paid at a nearby competitor! Woohoo!
Our new mattress hasn’t arrived just yet, but I’ll update this review with a photo once it does.

If you are shopping for a new mattress then this is the place to go as it has the most affordable prices in the area compared to its competitors near by. We ended up making our purchase here and saved hundreds of dollars on the same bed sold at Ortho Mattress. It was marked up maybe 500 – 800 $? Ramin was our sales man and he let us try out beds and pillows to our liking. He even was honest with us on how long each mattress would last. He was very nice, no sales pressure and we got the bed we liked. I can’t wait to sleep in my new bed already! We decided on a beauty rest bed.

Met with Ramin tried several mattresses. I must have expensive taste because it seemed like Every one we liked in other stores was Sooo expensive. Saw the reviews on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. Ramin was super knowledgable and helpful. He recommended several based on what were were looking at latex style instead of memory foam. Found one for an amazing price, much less than other places we checked out. Our bed is so comfortable it’s harder to wake up these days. I highly recommend using them for your sleeping needs.

Great experience here after going to the dreadful Sit & Sleep. Ramin asked my price range, which wasn’t a whole lot, and started showing me from the lowest to a little bit more than my price. He was SUPER helpful and very informative. The guy knows his stuff! He let me and boyfriend discuss our option privately and I never felt pressure from him. I ended up getting a great mattress and they delivered it 3 days later bc it wasn’t currently in stock. The deliver was super fast too. They were in and out in less that 10 minutes. Great store with excellent customer service!

I am really, REALLY happy with my experience at Mattress Stop and Ramin, who helped us select a mattress!
My husband and I came to Mattress stop after trying to other mattress stores with not great results. Ramin greeted us promptly and with enthusiasm, and after a few moments asked if we needed some help. We told him what we were looking for and he started showing up options. We never once felt pressured to the sale and he was extremely patient and helpful with out questions. He also never once suggested an item that was above our budget (which was a problem at the other stores we went to). He was very thorough in explaining why certain mattresses were different and where the costs came from.
There was a great stock of options on the store too, which we appreciated since we didn’t want to buy anything with memory foam. Once we selected the mattress that fit our needs, we got to meet Leo! Half Mastiff half chow, Leo is a gentle giant of a dog and was a pleasure to pet while we went over the paperwork to purchase the mattress. All the details were explained to us and Ramin was again, really great at answering our questions.
The delivery set up was super easy too! The delivery was fast and courteous. I was given a window of when the delivery could happen, and they called me about 10 minutes before they arrived. I couldn’t have been happier with my whole experience shopping at Mattress Stop. Thank you so much!

I stopped by last weekend after reading the awesome reviews and am SUPER HAPPY!
I had been to a couple of other Furniture/​Mattress stores the evening before and was floored at the prices of the mattress that interested me. I really wanted a pillow top hybrid and was quoted 1200 – 1500 «on sale» prices at the other stores.
Ramin showed me several that were in my budget and I got an amazing mattress for half the price the others were quoting. I slept on it for the first time last night and had the best sleep I have had in ages!
Delivery was easy and on time!

Had a great experience. Extremely helpful in-​store assistance. Found a very comfortable mattress and frame for a good price. My mother is in a wheelchair and they were extremely helpful and accommodating.
One thing about the delivery though– we were supposed to get a call an hour before or so to let us know they were on the way. Never got a call, but friendly movers anyway who got rid of our old bed too!

UHHHH-​MAZZZZINNNNGGGG! I was referred here from my Mom, who recently bought two new mattresses for my brother and sister.
After moving into my new apartment, I decided to buy myself a new mattress and I absolutely LOVE it!
Ramin was busy with two customers when I got there, but he acknowledged me and offered any help. Ramin helped me find the right bed for me and at a good price too! He offered free local delivery at the best time frame that fit my schedule.
The delivery men called me up advising me when they were on their way. Very fast and and hard working guys!

Great experience here! My husband took me here as a birthday surprise since I have been wanting a king size mattress for the last year. Ramin was so nice and super helpful! We told him exactly what we were looking for and what our price range was. He was really knowledgable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for at a great price (better than ortho mattress down the street)
I love our new mattress. Seriously, it’s amazing. I generally have back problems and now they are gone. My husband and I have a hard time getting out of bed on the daily and it’s awesome. I definitely recommend this place. And maybe you’ll get lucky and get to hang with Ramin’s super awesome dog while you shop.
